Nice business blouse with a little edge!

The blouse is very comfortable with a nice soft fabric. It lies well on the body. I wore it to our midyear leadership meeting and received several compliments. My 18-year-old daughter also complimented the look, which is a good sign, lol. Just ordered another one in black.

solid summer dress

The dress is comfortable and flattering. The material doesn't wrinkle. I got this dress in several more colors and I've been pleased with the vibrancy of the colors. They look similar to the pictures.

The customer service was amazing as they were quick with their responses. They were also very polite and friendly, overall easy to deal with. The clothes were also as advertised and had excellent quality. They looked and felt good in person. Definitely a great company to buy products from.

Beautiful clothing looks just like the photos

I was nervous ordering as I wasn’t sure what the clothing would look like. I ordered a skirt and a top and it arrived fast. All packaged beautifully. I have to say the clothing was lovely. Astonishing reply from customer…

Astonishing reply from customer services! They don’t address the issue that their website fails to reveal the customer needs to pay customs on top of postage to return an item and that customs let them know it’s held up there, not the customer. This explains why so many unhappy customers have proof of returning an item and Sdeer say they haven’t received it. It because it’s stuck in customs!
They just cut and paste the same bland reply on here with no recognition of the what was asked/stated.
For the record top I sent back was in perfect condition and was sent with Evri via the post office but its stuck in customs so it’s lost me over £45. Don’t buy from this rip off company.

S.Deer-False product!
The site shows a productand tons of models for the Blosue sent being advertised everywhere now. The reason I bought this blouse was their site and endorsements. However ,the blouse sent is pure polyester for $50+.The site shows a material looking blouse not a shiny polyester blouse. Awful and they will not return an email for me to send back. the email sent to me says it is your responsiblity to send it back. OK-but what address as the envelop sent is from China yet they advertise France.Hmmmmm

Be aware bought 4 dresses from Defwear one garment is too tight 2nd too small, 3rd to wide and 4th puckered in the band sewing.

As a UK buyer my experience is postive!

I don't know if my experience is so different to all these negative ones because I'm in the UK rather than the US or perhaps because I don't need to return....?

I stumbled upon the S.Deer shop in Paris by accident and loved the clothes, very much my style and in that price point and quality area above High St but not quite Designer either. I bought a couple of dresses. after trying on half the shop. The one I wanted the most was out of stock in my size sadly.

So I thought about buying online but the reviews on here and Google put me off for a while. Eventually I decided to risk it. I ordered the one item just to see and it arrived within 7 days , fully tracked the whole way and it is the same dress I tried on in the shop (except in my size ofc).

The quality is good. Yes it's made in China but it's not fast fashion trash quality, the fabrics are really good and the finish is excellent. I don't find the sizes to be mean and they seem to match to the size charts on the website. I'll definitely be buying again.

None Existant Customer Service.

I ordered the retro high collar puff sleeve shirt in black which came quickly. All was good. I liked the blouse. However, I ordered a large because everyone said their sizing is small. The blouse however was on the big side for me. I lost a few pounds so I ordered another top, this time in a medium. Again, I found it to be on the large side. So I have since ordered the small. I wrote to the company as I wanted to return the medium, and like everyone else said, I've been ghosted. So now I have the same blouse in sizes small, medium and large. Customer service (of which there has been none) - most disappointing. I will not order from them again.

Return not refunded.
Customer service was prompt into replying to return request, they offered credit to keep the product, but the credit was lower than the order.
They don't provide a shipping label, I had 200$ in return and paid $20 to ship. Got the tracking code saying it was delivered and accepted and never heard back.
I've tried to reach them multiple times, through the bot chat, email, nothing they just don't reply.
Would not recommend this store, it appeared legit because they have a physical store. However, the online store is a total scam. I never lost 200$ before due refund not issued.

Decent, small sizing, fashion forward

I was a little surprised to read the terrible reviews. I’ve ordered twice from them to the US, and though their sizing does run a little small I’ve liked the items. I only order tops which I know will be a bit more forgiving than pants (always difficult). Note: I’ve never tried to return anything. I’m afraid I’m so jaded about online shops I almost assume purchasing something from any lesser-known, international (non U.S.) brand means it’s probably a one-way no return purchase. Major U.S. brands & department stores seem to be the only ones left with any kind of trustworthy, customer-oriented return policy. Anyway, I found SDeer tops to be cool looking and OK (not exceptional) quality.
