I ordered the air lift for my truck over a month ago, they kept telling me it was back ordered, and giving me dates that it was going to come in, and it never did, i wish I would have Known that in the beginning, I had to cancel my order, well see how long it takes to get my money back, they said 48 hours,, On a positive note, the Gentleman Derek Is a very professional and personal person, great guy! ask for him. He is very Knowledgeable, And very helpful, Thank you Derek.

Alexander Martin with customer care was awesome. Part of my order was on back order, received an email stating such. I didn’t hear anything for almost a week, so reach out via email to customer service and got a quick response stating my order would be shipped within 24 hours.

While I had difficulty reaching anyone to reply to my qiestions, Derrik was exceptionally accessible and patient with my many questions. He devoted a great deal of time and energy to ensuring my satisfaction. Derik Peterson went above and beyond to help me while the rest of the company seemed to avoid assisting me.

It’s been over 2 weeks from date of purchase with no update on my order. I message thru the chat and Derrik responds and informs me that there has been an error and he will get ahold to me tom with a fix and gave me his direct line. Very helpful guy.

I ordered new U-bolts for a 1968 Chevy 4x4 truck axle from SD Truck Springs. I was amazed at how fast they came but, they were the wrong size. Not by much but enough not to work. One phone call to customer service rep Derrik Peterson and the correct springs were on their way. Great customer service, I will definetly use them again.

This company is con artists who take customers money, fail to ship the ordered products, and refuse to refund the money. I ordered air lift air bags 2 weeks ago and was immediately charged despite subsequently receiving an email advising they did not even have that product in stock. The day after ordering I repeatedly began requiring an immediate refund and cancellation of that order they were not able to fill, and have been lied to every step of the way but still not product of refund. Alexander Martin et al., karma is coming for you!

This is a drop shipper on a lot of items.
Beware that problem.
I ordered a carrier bearing drop kit 24 days ago. Several unanswered voice mails and also an un-responded email. I finally called the number, punched zero and got a human. Given assurances the problem would be handled. I called back leaving messages that I desired a refund and was told that the item had shipped a few days ago with no tracking number or definite arrival date.
I suggest you do business with this company but only with the amount of money you might never see again or any merchandise delivered.
Kind of like EBay.
