No support

Little to no support in the tops or the bottoms. The bottoms are a great idea, but the waistband on the shorts are WAY too small. I got a large, and the waistband fits like a tight medium even while the underlayer of the shorts are loose, offering no support for the fupa. I wanted to love these, but can't wear as is.

This site seems to be a scam

This site seems to be a scam. I placed an order and almost 4 weeks went by and never recieved the order. When I emailed them they didn't give a reason. The customer service email sounded AI. They said they would wait to hear from me because 2 of the 5 items were no longer available. I emailed them back and said to cancel my whole order because something was sketchy. The next email I got they said they sent the other 3 items. I emailed back and repeated what I said. A new customer service "person" answered back and said they would see what they could do and a short time later said they would give me a full refund. Im waiting to see if that happens.
Do yourself a big favor and don't order anything from here.

Sharing my shopping experience on TIKTOK!

One day,while scrolling through TIKTOK,I came across some swwimsuit recommendationgs that looked amazing ! Watching influencers model different tyles,show off unique cuts and vreative designs.I couldn't resist—I had to try some out for myself.So ,I impulsively ordered a few pieces,wanting to experiment with different looks.
When they arrived,I tried them on right away and was pleasantly suprised -they were exactly as shown in the videos!The fabric and fit were great ,totally living up to the online hype.I even wrote some reviews,sharing my thoughts on the styles and giving some styling tips to help orthers like me who might be unsure about online shopping.
This shopping experience has made me trust TIKTOK's recommerdations a bit more,and it's given me a chance to explore new swimsuit styles.I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for more recommendationgs in tht future!

JUST BUY IT ALREADY :)

Absolutely love this swimsuit! A cute and modest option for family vacations! Also, I’ve just never felt comfy in the cheekier swimsuits we see today. If you’re on the fence just go for it. For me this fit true to size!

Great swimsuit

Great swimsuit! The fabric is high-quality, and the design is super cute. My only issue is that the top and bottom are sold together as one set, so I couldn't mix sizes, if they offered separate sizing, it would be perfect!

Sizing story

I used the sizing chart and ordered my bathers. They arrived and were too large due to the excellent stretch and quality of the fabric. Several emails later I received my bathers that are a perfect fit. Thank you for your service and your patience. They are my Honeymoon bathers. Cheers all Liz

Best swimsuit I've owned in years. It's stylish and fits like a glove. I waas nervous about ordering online, but it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The stitching and quality are worth every penny. I feel confident and comfortable- great buy!

Would give 0 stars if I could

I placed my first order with them on 5th October, well in advance for a holiday starting 1st November. It said it would arrive in 7-15 business days, meaning it would have been expected to be delivered at the latest by 25th October.
I got a notification that the order had been shipped on 8th October and received tracking info via Royal Mail Tracked 48. I checked the tracking every day to check whether it would be delivered soon. By the 20th October, it showed that Royal Mail still had not even received the parcel, so I decided to send the company an email using an email address provided to me in a previous email from them. I received no response and absolutely no communication informing me of a delay or anything. The parcel had still not been delivered by the 29th October, and Royal Mail was still showing that they had not received the parcel. As it was becoming clear to me that my items were not going to be delivered, and I had not been contacted at all to explain about the delay and STILL had no response to my email, I decided to request a refund via my bank and purchase items from elsewhere as it was becoming clear to me that the items wouldn't arrive. By the time I had left for my holiday on 1st November, the items had still not arrived.
Only after I had received a notification of a refund via my bank, did I then start being bombarded by emails from the company asking why I was asking for a refund.
I explained to them that I had not received the items as was expected in the stated timeframe and that I had also sent an email asking for an update on the delivery and received no response. Very poor service if you ask me.
The customer service agents, instead of recognising that they were in the wrong, stated that the parcel had now been delivered as shown in the tracking and that they had not received the email I had sent them.
I screenshotted the email address provided to me in an email from them, along with a screen shot of the email I had sent them on the 20th October. They did not even bother to apologise that they had provided me with an incorrect email address and stated that they would not give me a full refund unless I returned the items. I stated I would not be able to return them since I am no longer in the country. Their returns process also makes you pay for returns. As I refuse to waste more money on this company due to this shambles of a service, I have wasted now several hours of my holiday arguing with the customer service team trying to get my refund.
They are refusing to refund my items on account of the poor service and late delivery.
The customer service agents are also extremely rude. There was absolutely no apologies for the delay or explanation of the delay, no empathy or understanding towards the situation at all. When I stated that the email address I had sent the email to was one provided by themselves, there was no apology for providing me with an incorrect contact email for them, it was just "we only have one email address, maybe you sent it to the wrong email". Always putting the blame back onto me instead of accepting responsibility for this shocking service. Instead of refunding my money, they wanted to offer me a gift card of the full amount that I'm owed, as if I would even consider shopping there again after this.
Don't bother with this company, it's not worth the hassle.

Secondly, we apologize for not being able to respond to your email in a timely manner. The only email address given in the CONTACT US at the bottom of our website is service@seafancy.com, which is indeed our only customer service contact email at the moment. The original shipping email address was not the customer service contact email address, and we did not make this clear, which was indeed an oversight on our part. We are sorry that you defaulted to this address, and we have now fixed the problem.

For this after-sales service process, the supervisory department has just verified that the customer service staff only learned about your refund after you initiated the chargeback process, and at the same time, they repeatedly checked the mailboxes but failed to find your emails and immediately took the initiative to contact you to ask for the reason. Based on the fact that the parcel has been delivered and the return policy on our website, that's why the offer of returning the item, partial refund and providing a gift card for compensation was made to you.

During the negotiation, our customer service team expressed apologies multiple times for the inconvenience caused to you. However, the communication lacked empathy and was not sufficiently considerate, and some responses may not have been clear. We are currently addressing this issue with the staff member involved and will implement appropriate disciplinary actions.

Lastly, we truly appreciate your feedback and apologize for the less-than-perfect experience. The gift card we’ve sent represents our apologies and is our way of making up for this. Regardless of whether you choose to shop with us again, we thank you for trusting us with your business this time.

I've been on the hunt for a…

I've been on the hunt for a high-waisted swimsuit that isn't too tight around the stomach, and this one ie perfect! The waistband doesn't dig in, and the fabric is thick enough to feel supportive. I also love that the top has adjustable atraps for a custom fit. It's stylish, comfortable, and makes me feel confident. Definitely one of my beat swimwear purchases!

Great swimwear

Great swimwear. I went off my usual size, not the website measurements, and they fitted perfectly. Have ordered a second pair and also got a pair for my daughter. Love the boy leg, very flattering and made me feel way less self conscious than I used to with normal swimwear. Price amazing for what you get as well. Will definitely order again.
