super-fast with transactions

super-fast with transactions. I just order top-ups for PayPal or Venmo..etc. haven't had a problem yet. Of course, i just have to message them after ordering it. I thought was odd at first, but then realized its probably for security reasons. I chat with the little HR button and ask for my order. Then takes about 1 minute and its there. great to work with so far! hopefully forever!

Order marked as "Completed" but never received - No refund!
Review: I purchased a Weekly Diamond Pass for MLBB. The order is marked as "Completed" and my Player/Zone ID is 100% correct, but I received NOTHING in-game. Support admitted the issue ("We apologize for the inconvenience") but refuses to refund me or fix the delivery. This is unacceptable. Be careful, they take your money and don't deliver the service.

Convuluted KYC process for transactions

Slow and time consuming KYC process on transactions that got flagged, requiring things like government IDs, making them very untrustworthy. Never had a problem with previous few transactions and they decide that it was time to pull stunts like that.

They did not send my order, took over two weeks to issue a refund and refunded it to my balance. Then before I got to use it they suspended my account so in the end I got neither the top up nor the refund.
