Poor customer service

I’ve made 10 purchases with this company, and on two occasions I did not receive the products I paid for. I discovered that I had entered my player ID incorrectly, off by just one digit. When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, they offered no assistance whatsoever. They simply cited their terms of service and abruptly closed the chat. I’m now out approximately $15 for a product I paid for but cannot use.

Unfortunately, once a top-up has been successfully processed, the payment is delivered directly to the game publisher and cannot be reversed or refunded. This limitation is set by the game provider and is beyond our ability to override.

I bought a gift card of a certain country that I'm not in but this is not the first time I do this the gift card not working I go to the support and say gift card not working support start getting smart on me and say you are not in that country I say just give me my 7 dollars back it's not worth it they say no
I call my friend in that country he try to activate the gift card and what a surprise it's not working
I got back to support and they say you need to go to the other support and file a complaint and wait 1 to 5 days bro it's 7$ not even worth all that (there way of filling complaint is the oldest and worst way I ever seen in my life) why do you even have customers support at that point if they don't do anything
Customer support says just talk to Google play store and they will help you bro it's 7$ why it's taking that long it's not like I have 1 million dollar gift card
They do everything in there best just to not help you with there bad service
Don't buy pls because they will do there best to not help you

Bought 60€ rewarble. It needs an kyc verfication for it. There is no note saying that you need to verify yourself in order to receive the voucher before buying. The item is also non refundable and non returnable. The problem is I wanted it quick it didnt even take 2 minutes to buy the item but now im stuck in a verfication process that will atleast take a day and more likely more without having the option to give it back.
