They use to have option to pay with NOk…

They use to have option to pay with NOk but overnight they change it to force you pay euro so you loose money in transactions,so you see a price ,pay a different price and you might not receive your product.

Fantastic Digital Marketplace!

So I first used SEAGM back in June 2025, but been using it very regularly since October!

After some bad experiences on another platform (which is 2 letters and a number), I've come to realise that SEAGM has been my new home! and it's deserving of a good review!

SEAGM provide not only a fantastic automatic ordering system with a variety of payment options, all which work smoothly, they are fairly priced and with their star rewards being a nice little touch to repeat orders!

I've needed support a couple of times and the responses has been swift and resolved without issue! I appreciate it! Thanks as always!

I made a purchase

I made a purchase, but I was required to complete KYC verification. I had to submit many photos and spent a significant amount of time on this process. However, the issue has still not been resolved, which is causing me great frustration. Although this platform was previously reliable for making purchases, I am no longer satisfied. I am extremely frustrated.

Since I am filing a complaint, I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. When problems occur, I am unable to sleep, and this situation is causing me serious distress and loss because it has not been resolved.
