Beautiful watch with good performance!
Watch was shipped as ordered and in beautiful condition. I love my Seagull 1963 and wear it every day. My only issue is that my watch runs 12 seconds per day fast. Unfortunately the regulator index screw is already set all the way in to the slowest position. I know 12 seconds per day is very good, but the time keeping of the watch is so consistent, I know we could get it even better if I had a little more adjustment available.

Having researched the Seagull 1963 mechanical watch brand for sometime, I purchased a 42mm sapphire version. Vincent is available to assist, and he responds very quickly, and with full information. I am very impressed with the watch, and the wonderful support Vincent provided during the purchasing process. My research covered the various sources from which to buy this watch. Well an update on the ups and downs of customers service. If customers service was a new girlfriend she didn’t listen and told a few lies.. not long term relationship material you could say.. but hello she being really nice now as I’ve reviewed her on trust pilot.. duty refunded and can’t be more helpful.. what can I say Vincent it’s a crying shame the quality of service wasn’t like this from the beginning.. the watch is an absolute joy.. it’s an amazing watch for the price.. looks fantastic on my wrist. Just hoping you can keep up a good customer service standard for new customers now.. good luck, i truly mean that as the watch market is very competitive one but do keep them customers service standards high it’s as important as the watch itself to me..

Love the lume!
I was not a fan of Lume watches, but then i purchased my first seagull with the lume feature and i am loving it! Its supper bright in the dark and i must say, the quality is superb! Great company with great watches! I highly recomend.

They turned around my opinion
Initially support has not been very responsive but then after multiple attempts they reached out and due to the delay they helped me to cancel the order and then initiated a refund. Since we got in touch they have been very helpful. I will explore buying from this brand again.

Seagull 1963 Chrono Moonphase
The Seagull 1963 Chrono Moonphase is definitely beyond my expectations, especially when it comes to the cream dial finish and the ST19 movement that is a sight to behold too. It comes in a nice metal box with a olive Nato strap that fits perfectly to the vintage vibe of this model.
The quality/price ratio is amazing and another great addition is the customer service (thanks Vincent!) that guided me throughout the whole buying experience, replying to all my questions regarding the watch
5 out of 5 for me, hands down!

Poor customer support
I ordered the Seagull 1963 Bronze Moonphase Limited Edition – The ICON on the 1st Jan 2025. That same day I received an email advising me the watch was on it's way. 8 days later nothing, I contacted them, on the 10th Jan I received an AI email stating it would be shipped the next day. No watch coming. On the 13th Jan another AI email stating it would be shipped the next day. No watch. By this time I decided to cancel the order, I contacted them with instructions to cancel. They responded on the 16th with confirmation of the cancellation and that I would receive an email advising that the refund would be 3-5 working days. I accepted that. However by the 23rd Jan still no refund. I initiated a chargeback that same day. Today the 29th Jan I finally got my money back. I won't purchase a watch from them again. I find the AI in this case very poor. The lack of contact during the whole episode was pitiful.

Regarding the shipping notifications: When an order is placed and a shipping label is printed, DHL automatically sends a notification stating that the order is on its way. We understand how this might be misleading and will work on ensuring that notifications are sent only after the package has left our warehouse.
As for refunds, we process them within 3-5 days, but depending on the bank, they can take longer to reflect in your account, sometimes up to 14 days. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we don’t have visibility into when the funds reach your account.
I’m sorry if our communication fell short in this case. Had we been aware of the delay in receiving your refund, we would have proactively followed up with you.
Once again, I apologize for the experience, and we will certainly work on improving such processes moving forward.

The watch took a little time to get…
The watch took a little time to get here but after 2.5 weeks it arrived. The watch is beautiful. Only thing is the watch strap is too small and I have to order a XL strap that the company did not offer. Otherwise very pleased with the quality of the watch.
