We can only apologise for this inconvenience caused. Our shipping carrier advised that they were not permitting the transport of compressed gas. We have since resolved this issue and the majority of orders are now shipped with DPD.

Seahorse chandlery sent me a very nice pair of boat shoes, which I had been searching for for some time. Unfortunately it took a relatively long time for them to arrive, but I put that down to the fact that the carriers were unusually busy because of the covid-19 pandemic. I hope it wasn’t usual for them to take their time! Otherwise fine.

We found that there was a delay with couriers due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic however this has not been rectified.
We have also since changed our courier to DPD which means customers will receive live shipping updates via the DPD app, text and email to provide the best experience to all of our customers.

love this company!
love this company!! i hv bought all my sailing kit from them as it was cheaper than from the main seller. All the packaging was plastic free which is amazing as very few brands are doing this. The address was also hand written which i thought was a lovely touch and just to top it off they gave me a packet of haribos!!
