I purchased a cordless car polisher which came with a battery which would not charge. However Sealey located a replacement battery which I received the next day. Excellent service. I am also pleased with the polisher. Would recommend.

Bought a motorcycle chain tool some years ago, used it once and then set aside. When I went to use it again I realised there was a manufacture defect which was badly affecting the use. Though the warranty had long expired sealey were kind enough to send out a replacement free of charge and were prompt in replying to their emails - (David at technical support was very helpful and polite). Exceptional service, can’t fault them at all.

I ordered a buffer/polisher which turned out to be faulty. Refund issued promptly. purchased a replacement which is working well.

Excellent to deal with. My order was “accidentally” doubled booked. Contacted customers service, they had it sorted in a flash and refund was made to my bank a/c.
The item itself is seriously good quality.

I recently purchased the Sealey CP1202KIT, a 3/8" Cordless Ratchet Wrench Kit, which in addition to the wrench itself, also came with two batteries, a charger and a carry bag. I'd watched many videos on YouTube of people using various brands of these wrenches, and always thought they were being lazy. Now that I've finally got one, and used it on an assortment of nuts, bolts and screws, I can see the big attraction now. I was even more impressed with the torque that it has. Currently can't comment on battery life, but it still had the full three bars when I finished, so looking very promising.

My unit was out of order after 18 months due to PCB issue. Sent to repair and the PCB has been out of stock for 3 months and no delivery date. Unbelievable! Still waiting and I hope it can be repaired before the summer comes.

Much better quality product at a realistic price

I was super pleased how trouble-free the Sealey power bleeder was. After multiple attempts using a Motive Power bleeder I finally gave up and sent it back. Serious leakage and pump issues were a constant battle. I decided to try the Sealey and my experience was just the opposite. Great heavy duty pump and tank design and no leaks. Worked flawlessly!

Sealey is now my go to brand for any garage equipment I need . Spring compressor, trolley jack , torch and axle stands the latest additions to my workshop from Sealey . Excellent after sales service as well .

I had a mattress made from sealey all the way through the customer service has been excellent Donna went out of her way to make things go smoothly even when the courier delivered my mattress topper elsewhere Donna was on the case and chased it up I would definitely recommend them their customer service was excellent

I had some concerns about Sealey's Lifetime Warranty and so reached out to them with my concerns. They were very patient and helpful in explaining the warranty (must have your reciept and go through the company you bought the tools from as they act as the middleman) and put my concerns to rest. I haven't had to use the warranty yet but have heard very positive things about Sealey. I look forward to using my new Sealey tools!

Awful customer service , I received my stw309 with dead batteries, asked if they could send some out as it cost me £194 for this wrench…. and they basically said F off and get Amazon to send some batteries…. Will never buy from Sealey again

Finished off my garage storage with an extra base and stainless steel top which looks great and was perfect value but alas the delivery info tracking was lacking and isn’t really acceptable in this day and age. Not sure if it’s Sealey or the OCL distributor to blame but very happy with the product but can’t honestly give a fifth star sadly.

As per my past dealings with Sealey, they are a good company to purchase from. Their tools are of a very high standard and the website is easy to navigate when looking for and ordering power tools. A positive experience as always.
