My sea moss was mouldy when I received it I placed it in the fridge when I first received the package and went to use it first time today and it contained aload of mould on top.

I know this must of just been a delivery fault or something random.

Arrived very quickly. Great product, haven't been ill once in the year since taking it (used to get colds/bugs all the time).

The product arrived with a loose lid and torn ounce of tape holding the lid on.
On enquiry to the business we were told the lid was loose gecause the drivers throw the boxes around. The company did after several conversations send another which wad intact.
The first one was thrown away.

As this product is not vacuumed sealed to prevent contamination we will not be buying from this supplier again
