Simon is brilliant, he is really thorough when carrying out the survey and he gets the report to you very quickly. We used him twice now, I would definitely recommend him.

Then, few details from our side to get the work started and Simon was ready to go. He called us at the end of the survey to mentioned what he found and we got the home survey report on that evening. Simon provided a level 2 survey of a house we are in the process of purchasing. He did a thorough and detailed exam of the property followed by a detailed report.
