Simon is very professional, keeps to his word, he had the report done and sent to me the same day as the survey was carried out. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Simon went above and beyond to help us. A surveyor who we'd initially planned to go with were unable to fit us into a suitable timeframe as we wanted to get a survey done within a short space of time. Not only did Simon fit us into his schedule before anyone else could, he was also very responsive and understanding of our situation. We ended up getting the survey report on the same day that he conducted the survey and gave us a courtesy call after the inspection to give us a brief rundown of his findings. We can't speak highy enough of the surveying experience we recieved and will certainly recommend him to anyone in the future!

Simon at Searchlight is brilliant. We used him for our previous house move and found him to be an excellent communicator who produced a thorough and timely report. When we were looking to move again I went straight back to Simon. His prompt and helpful advice from a surveyor’s perspective helped us avoid making an expensive mistake. We engaged Simon at Searchlight for our recent purchase of a property and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He was able to fit us in speedily and provided our report within 24 hours of attending the property; there was a question mark that required viewing plans of an extension and he kindly offered to confirm all was in order once we'd got hold of the plans, without charging any extra.
