First time using sea scanner and will…

First time using sea scanner and will be my last.
You can only communicate with them by message which I find very frustrating.
I tried to book premium economy for my upcoming holiday (February 2027) but was told it’s fully booked!
Nine months in advance wow ! I did the same cruise with P and O in February2026, premium economy was fully booked on our initial given flight (when I requested an upgrade 5 months before by phone) but Iglu checked other flights for that holiday and managed to find PE on another flight. Same day both from Gatwick. I don’t know what flights are available for Feb 2027 but I imagined I’d requested the upgrade enough time in advance to secure PE. Not being able to communicate directly on the phone made this difficult as you are waiting a couple of days to get a response and making it difficult to sort out. There should be an option for flight upgrades when initially booking the holiday so people can know availability immediately, which would eliminate this issue.

I always book through seascanner

I always book through seascanner as I find they have the best prices available. I have needed to contact them a few times recently with regard to changing a booking and a price match and I have to say Mitch was absolutely amazing, I really couldn’t fault him, he was so helpful and really responsive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - thank you very much Mitch, it’s five stars from me!

Best prices online by far for any…

Best prices online by far for any cruise. Customer service could have been more efficient when the second half of my double barrelled surname had been missed off the booking. Made me jump through hoops a little to get it changed without charge but apart from that. Super happy & will definitely be using going forwards.

My first time booking with sea scanner.

My first time booking with sea scanner.
The online process was very easy however due to me booking 2 cabins I had to contact sea scanner on the phone. And I was so glad I did.
I spoke with Mitch who was so professional he gave advise with a personal touch included.
As we spoke I asked more questions and he was so unfazed and was very happy to help.
Everything I asked for was easily sorted and I look forward to booking my next cruise with sea scanner.

Shout out to Angelina - Online chat team member

I have always booked my cruises through Seascanner and have consistently found their prices to be very competitive. The regular offers and deals make the savings even better, which is a huge plus for frequent travellers like me.

While they don’t have a dedicated phone line, their online chat support is effective and responsive enough to resolve issues quickly. During my most recent booking, I was unable to complete the reservation on the website owing to a glitch. But the issue was swiftly handled through the online chat.

A special shoutout to Angelina, who went above and beyond to ensure my booking was completed before the offer deadline expired. Thank you so much, Angelina, for your excellent support and professionalism!

Liz is an exceptional asset to Sea scanner

Words can’t do justice to how incredibly grateful we are to Liz at Seascanner for going above and beyond to help rectify my mistake with our booking and getting my husbands name wrong. We wouldn’t be going away tomorrow if it wasn’t for Liz’s determination, dedication to exceptional service and genuine kindness. If the full fare were to be due again to the cruise company (which is the rules at this very late stage before we are due to travel), we wouldn’t have been able to go on holiday at all. Liz didn’t know our challenging personal circumstances yet she pulled out all the stops and went absolutely above and beyond to help us. We are so very grateful, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Seascanner gave the best price and they…

Seascanner gave the best price and they gave the P&O reference almost straightaway, so I could upload passport details for the check-in. They were way below the price from a specialist solo agent, so the value was exceptional. I did have an issue about applying Carnival shareholder credits, but Seascanner have helped me put it right, and I commend the help from Jeanette from their customer service team. I saved a lot and want to look for another trip!

Effective, friendly yet very professional!

I was assisted by a Seascanner staff member, Liz. She was efficient, helpful, and professional while resolving a payment discrepancy and processing an embarkation change request with the parent cruise company.

It's a fresh breeze to actually interact with someone who understands your frustration and is willing to help you solve the problem.
