Now I'm being asked via your email how you performed. The answer is very badly.

Quite useful for cruise searching and…

Quite useful for cruise searching and booking but beware, very little chance of getting a refund if the price of your cruise drops after your booking and the process to even find out is quite slow as Seascanner have to contact the cruise company and wait for a reply. Of course, it’s in no one’s interest to be speedy except the customer’s. Some cruise companies do offer partial refunds if there’s a price drop after you book your cruise, so worth being aware who they are and asking first.

Great customer support

I had an issue with an online booking as I was told the cabin we had booked was no longer available. I phoned and got through to Liz in the Seascanner Support Team. She was friendly and helpful and was able to resolve the problem quickly for me. She also went above and beyond to research the support available for specific needs within our party, and emailed me all the information she had gathered within a few hours. Thank you Liz!

Good price but unfortunately it was…

Good price and unfortunately it was bank holiday but the lady we dealt with came after the weekend and gave it to us at the same price so very happy in the end.

First time using Sea Scanner

First time using Sea Scanner. Booking process very easy as it's very clear and plenty of options to choose from. It's a simple process with instructions and the ability to review before confirming purchase. The only issue I gad was website stated drinks package on celebrity cruises were upto $10, however I done a live chat with customer services (who were very efficient & helpful), and they confirmed it was $12. I would definitely recommend using this site as some great deals on it. I have now found my favourite website.

Customer Service - Naomi

We booked a cruise through Seascanner as the price was less than going direct. I am very happy with the customer service they provide and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
We wanted to book an excursion which we stupidly left too late to book for our whole party but we could see it wasn’t marked as ‘sold out’ so we knew there must have been spaces left, just not enough for our whole group.
We contacted the cruise line who informed us we had to go through Seascanner. Naomi at Seascanner was amazing and dealt with this from start to finish and managed to book the last remaining spaces for us. We couldn’t have done this without her as it simply wouldn’t allow us to due to the cruise lines set up of their excursions and it wanting to book everyone in the room.
Their replies are quick, polite and I would definitely recommend. And a huge thanks again to Naomi as this excursion was the one thing members of my family wanted to do!
