We had a very nice experience in the store. The sales personnel is very helpful, they give you all the necessary info, listen to your preferences to try finding the best solution. We came a bit late, just 40 minutes before closing time, but they stayed later with us. Everyone was very nice. We left with a nice couch

Dank u wel voor uw review. We begrijpen dat deze situatie voor u erg vervelend is geweest, zeker omdat u extra kosten heeft moeten maken.
Graag lichten we het volgende toe. Zoals bij aankoop met u is afgesproken, is uw bank aangekomen en klaargezet in ons centrale magazijn in Maassluis. Omdat de transporteur die bij ons flyert voor u te kostbaar was, heeft u voor een andere vervoerder gekozen, wat uiteraard mogelijk is.
In dit geval is er helaas verwarring ontstaan doordat er een onjuiste afhaal-locatie is doorgegeven aan de vervoerder. Uw bank heeft echter gedurende het hele proces veilig en klaar gestaan in ons magazijn in Maassluis.
We begrijpen dat de communicatie in dit proces beter had gekund en nemen uw feedback daarin zeker mee. Onze welgemeende excuses voor deze ervaring.
