After buying an Apple Watch from this company for Christmas as a gift for my son, only to discover it wouldn’t pair with his elderly iPhone, I contacted the seller about a refund. Despite the issue being no fault of their own, Eleanor was an absolute star and went above and beyond to secure a refund for me, plus letting me know what was happening at every step of the way. The watch itself was in fabulous condition, and the customer service was second to none! Phone delivered securely however came with passcode that I can not unlock. Was a present for my daughter and she is unable to use.
