We have just booked a hotel in London. So much choice and very easy to book and pay

The site was easy to use, just a few clicks and I was booked and I got a good price.

excellent web site for good value holidays and trips. I only used it for the UK. I have had some brilliant stays in very good hotels, with Dinner included in the price. I highly recommend Secret Escapes and will be using it all the time. I you have not tried it even as a comparison website please do you will be pleased with the value for money and quality on offer.

I had no issues with the booking experience but my flight was cancelled whilst I was at the airport due to technical issues.

Our flight was rescheduled and we received no notification or support from secret escapes or not even the email from Turkish emails as I imagine it went through to secret escapes rather than direct to us. The journey back was traumatic and it took us over 24 hours to get back. We tried to reach out to secret escapes for support (it was on a weekend) and it was impossible

It seems SE are fine for booking and when things go smooth but not there for you when you need support.

I have been booking with Secret Escapes for over ten years. The price is always the best and the booking process is very good. The booking software works well. Secret Escaoes is my first choice when booking hotels and holidays.

We booked a weekend break with Secret Escapes and were very impressed with the whole experience. Booking was very straightforward and good communication too. The hotel was lovely and such a great deal too!

Using an AI generated ad was so sloppy and lazy.

Super unsophisticated and classless

Easy booking process, great location and reasonable price including breakfast and Prosecco on arrival. Lovely new modern hotel with friendly staff. Wasn’t sure if there were EV chargers on site but there were, so very convenient.

The booking was fine but the allocated, without discussion, meals times were most definitely not suitable. When contact they claimed there were no other times available. Two weeks before the actual visit when they havn't got 100% occupancy. I wonder why I think this is not 100% truthful. Dissapointed before I get there.

I booked a trip that includes flight, hotel and a rental car. At the desk of the rental company Europcar, I was asked for my credit card for the deposit. I said I already paid through secret escape, he said this is just for the deposit and once the car is returned we will release the booking. I returned the car ahead of time, clean and full tank with no problems, few days later I was charged an additional € 536,18 for the car. No explanation, without notice. I have been contacting both Europecar and Secret escape for the past two months to no avail. This is a scam, never again.

The deal I got was fantastic but I did find the process a little confusing in clarifying and confirming what was included in the offer but I don't think this was entirely the fault of Secret Escapes, the hotel website wasn't entirely clear. The check out and booking confirmation was straightforward though but as we haven't stayed yet, I can't comment on whether what we were offered is what we actually get! We will see and I'll update later.

They come back with a lead in price and give you the ability to get a firm price for your actual dates
I'd like it to be a bit more clearer where hotels have a minimum stay, as when booking for 1 night you would avoid looking at those
I use Secret Escapes a fair bit and like their range, pricing and added value that they offer

I've used secret escapes a couple of times a year for 4-5 years now, every time I go away in the UK. I've always had a really easy and smooth experience, and the discounts are always genuinely better than the hotels offer directly. Never had any issues, and have been able to stay in some really nice hotels I wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford.

Another lovely UK break with SS. This one was particularly great value all round. Our go to company for hotel breaks. We are yet to try foreign breaks/holidays but would think about it in future.
