Two years ago I took a call from Secure Choice, where they offered to obtain quotes for our PMI. I get so many of these types of calls (phone, internet, business rates, energy ...!).

It doesn't cost us anything for Secure Choice to obtain the quotes/instruct the PMI company. So what did we have to lose. Last year we chose to remain with our current provider, and Secure Choice obtained a lower cost for us. This year we have decided to change provider and we have saved a LOT of money.

Bradley has been very helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He has provided timely updates along the way and anything I haven't been sure on, he has explained fully.

Also had a long relationship with Bupa which was good and very professional so wanted that to continue if possible. Simon and his team achieved just that. I contacted Secure-Choice as my Bupa medical cover was coming up for renewal and the fees had gone up as they do every year. Jamie did a lot of legwork but due to existing conditions, was unable to find a company to take myself and my wife on. However, in the process, Jamie did get Bupa to reduce their cost significantly. Thanks so much for the excellent service, I'll definitely be getting back in touch next year.

I received a renewal quotation from my existing health insurance provider, that was more than double the previous costs.

I spoke to Jamie from Secure Choice and asked him to provide some quotations. He came back with 3 quotes, all of which were considerably cheaper and provided the same or greater cover. All were well known ,major health insurance providers.

I now have more comprehensive cover for less money than last year.

In 2025 I was contacted by Ashley at Secure Choice who asked me if they could assist with our private health policy renewal. Unlike so many other salespeople who contact you, Ashley seemed genuine, knew his stuff and was not pushy. After agreeing we started working with Jamie who is one of the advisers. I simply cannot praise him enough for his assistance throughout the renewal process. His expertise and knowledge were limitless, and he was very giving with his time to ensure we could understand all the different options. Jamie was also understanding and compassionate about the various challenges we faced with our renewal (due to claims on our policy). I couldn't recommend Secure Choice highly enough.

He really takes out the leg work and does all the nitty gritty bits that are no fun to do!
