We were contacted by Secure Choice initially to see if we could save any money on our renewal with our then private medical insurer. Unfortunately we then received our renewal which had jumped up more than double what we were paying before. This led to Secure Choice scouring the market for us for a better deal with a new insurer, which we then switched to. Throughout the whole process, they have been nothing other than professional, speedy, available and patient with all the questions and queries we have raised. They've kept in constant contact so I know which stage of the process we're at, which has helped ease the anxiety of such a big transition on this end. Both Jamie and Mel personally ensured that our transition to a new provider was as smooth as these things can be and continue to be a great assistance whenever we need it. Honestly couldn't fault the service we have received and will not hesitate to continue using them whenever there is a need.

I cannot recommend Secure Choice highly enough. They have just secured us a very substantial saving on our group health insurance. But more than that, the kindness, patience and courtesy shown throughout has been outstanding. A very rare experience these days it seems. At no point did I feel they were just after commission. I have to say, they are not pushy, very professional, and somehow beat the previous quotes that the current broker could not do, so although I wanted to stay with the current company, and gave the current broker a chance to beat Secure Choice, they could not do so. I have now moved to Secure Choice, and so far so good, they have saved me money and done what they promised.

Jamie has saved us a 7% on our renewal quote and taken away all the hassle of negotiating, switching providers and reviewing the market. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

I was about to renew the company's healthcare plans. Usually done directly through the provider so I thought I didn't need assistance. This year's premium was going up a lot and no matter how many times I tried or perks I considered to remove, numbers didn't look good. Simon contacted me in case I'd consider their services, and since I had nothing to lose, I gave them a chance. After what seemed impossible but playing the advantage of being on my provider's PSL, they managed to get me an additional 5% off on the renewal. It might not sound much, but clearly I wasn't going to be successful, and certainly every penny counts. Highly recommend! PS: Simon is a good talker, even if you don't get to business, you will definitely enjoy a nice chat
