Problem was solved
Problem was solved, but took ages between emails. When it didn't work, had to arrange for a call that had to be the next day as everyone was busy. Problem was fixed in 10 minutes then rather than the hour and a half the day before. Need telephone support more quickly.

Resolving issues accessing my CCTV and alarm system.
I had problems accessing both my alarm system and CCTV on phone and laptop. After a few checks on connections I got on a call with Luke. He was friendly, expert, and thoroughly professional, and had resolved all the outstanding issues within 20 minutes. Really excellent service.

Bad service not recommended careful
Different Cameras installed than quotation
Engineers didn’t discuss location of installation
They done jobs easy to install but ideal location , two cameras sit together one place
