We wanted a medium globe tree & Sefton Meadows had the ideal tree.
The website was really easy to navigate, payment was straightforward & delivery was spot on.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Was sent a faulty Christmas tree , received replacement that was also faulty managers attitude was poor to the situation I requested a phone call instead I received an email saying was I putting the tree up wrong no I wasn’t it was faulty ! No sincere apology wouldn’t buy from there again , it’s a shame as it’s a place we have been to for a number of years

Great customer service-I ordered an item on a Saturday from their website & realised I wanted to add to the order-So sent email re this-as I wanted to save extra postage make it easier for them but that department was closed till Monday.They replied to email with a discount code for free postage on Monday when they reopened-Great service

The garden centre itself is really nice and the staff are lovely. However when we met santa he was asking my son to take his hand out of his pockets when he was speaking to him. He was interrupting him all the time to say the same thing which we found strange. Santa is supposed to be fun not a head teacher. Also the photo we paid for was not good quality and was pretty blurry.

Order 2 items one delivered on time and got a phone call to say it was ready to collect when I asked about the other item they said it hadn’t arrived and it would be next week .Waited well over a week and rang the shop they said it’s here and you should of got a phone call which I never got I had to chase it up myself.
probably a slight error but all in all not a bad service

Parcel arrived on time l was informed by phone and happy with the goods.

Order cancelled by Sefton Meadows because they didn't have the advertised and sold items, and also after all of this they keep pestering me about giving them a review.

They need much better stock control app updating their web marketplace for accuracy.

Visiting the grotto here today with my almost 2 year old son who is autistic. He was so scared of santa, usually an adult playing santa would be sympathetic. No not this person, he procedded to call him a Cryer and said oh he's naughty and was very dismissive.
Equality and diversity training needed. Also not all disabilities are visible.

I only ordered a couple of low value items but my parcel was delivered quickly and very well wrapped.

Great purchase and lovely service. Its a great place for a wander and a cuppa.
