I saw the Christmas parcel light up boxes on line. Ordered them, picked them up 3 days later. Excellent service and love the boxes.

Delivery on time and the lights were a lovely addition to the bedroom

My order came damaged in transit but Sefton meadows replaced my order straight away and my mirrors look lovely outside well worth the money

Wrong item was delivered, took WEEKS for it to be collected again and would not send the correct item until the incorrect one had been collected. It caused me so much hassle. I needed the time for a special occasion which was unfortunately missed due to Sefton’s mistake.

What I will say though is the communication from customer service was good and they did issue a full refund at my request. Just wish the timescale hadn’t been so atrocious.

Very good friendly service quick replies to any emails, it looks really nice and is very sturdy the extra chair is also a bonus. After weeks of looking at different places I found this was the best and cheapest one for me I thought it was good value for money. It was well packaged and delivered when they said it would be between yourselves and the delivery people i couldn't ask for anything better both keep you updated with any details of delivery.
Only thing is the cushions are a bit thin so will just get another set of cushions, but I wouldn't let that put me off buying this garden set 😀😀😀

Keep getting hounded to leave a review, hopefully the emails will stop now! Product was great until I realised the range sold the same thing for half the price...
