Utter Scam!

Spoke to CS, they asked me for my 1st 6 & last 4 numbers of my debit card to look up my profile!!!
Not hard to work out the rest from that
But the thing was, I never even used my card in the first place: It was all paypal & direct from my account
Customer Service too is pretty much just all click & paste questions & answers continuously

It doesn’t work

It doesn’t work. The program can never fully run. It loads and starts but crashes and locks my computer. It’s more of a hassle to remove the program than it is to install it!
