Product is exceptional, tremendous quality and value. Only negative is they ship USPS but won't ship to PO Boxes. My main residence is Idyllwild, CA where we do not get mail delivery at individual houses, area is too rural. Hence we all have PO Boxes. Other than their shipping policies tis is a great company with stellar product. This was my second purchase from Seido.

These Knives Kick @$$!
Mystery Knife was fun, glad I received a well crafted, extremely sharp filet knife. Used it the day I got it to fabricate some chicken, and the knife did all the work. Clean cuts, like butter! The 9” Blade Chef Knife I also purchased has me prepping in a breeze. Will definitely recommend these knives to all my fellow cooks on the line.

I got 17 knives set at very good price, very fast shipping, also my wife very happy to use them, knives looks so good, so sharp, pleasure to with them. Only one thing you can take into consideration: block itself will be better looking if color matches to knives color.

OK out of the box these knives look like jewels. All eyes in the kitchen go to the knives. They feel great in the hand. These are not cheep handles with metal blades attached. Nothing falling apart on these. They look so incredible your a afraid to scratch them, don't be. These knives mean business. Nothing I have ever used can cut like these can. Not just a little better, another level beyond.
