I used S.E.I.G.H.T recently to help bring my heating system upto date on my new home. The one in place was quite dated and was still using an immersion heater system so it was a big task. We researched a few firms and were in contact with others who may have offered somewhat better pricing but we decided to go ahead with SEIGHT as they were honest, transparent and upfront about what was needed and gave realistic time frames for when the work would be completed, all of which were met with ease.

The engineer who completed the work, was very professional, although our home was still in a state of moving with boxes unpacked etc he left no mess, and was very respectful of our space.

We also hired them to install our new hob and oven and will be using them for the installation of our underfloor heating. I cannot recommend them enough.

Id recommend Phoenix the gas engineer to anyone as he managed to setup my Easy Control Smart home heating system in no time at all

Our boiler broke down leaving us with no central heating and hot water. It was Friday evening and I didn't hold much hope of getting through to someone who could help but was pleasantly surprised that Seight answered the phone and sent someone within the hour and repaired our boiler. Excellent service from start to finish with a smile.

Excellent service from start to finish - quick response to initial enquiry, clear pricing, prompt arrival and polite and friendly engineer. He explained the issue and clearly set out what was needed to fix it. Once the work was done, he talked me through what had been done and called a couple of days afterwards to check that the boiler was working well. Excellent service had to move our existing boiler to a new location which was to the new extension which was being built installed new underfloor heating to area engineer had great knowledge of the system and kept us informed throughout and worked well with the other traders would totally recommend Seight to other people

I needed two gas appliances to be disconnected in a hurry as I was about to complete on sale of my father's house and had been let down by another provider. They were very polite and helpful to talk to on the phone and extremely cooperative in that they kindly promised to move the items outside for eventual disposal. They also provided photos once the work had been done so that I was able to ensure the work had been done as I wished. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm
