The fact that the make is 'Sekoda', similar to a certain good quality established maker is a good indication it's sub-par. Fake comparison reviews giving it top scores against much more expensive watches is suspicious..

This is a terrible company. I'm still waiting for my purchase to turn up. Nobody seems to know where it is or when it will turn up. They send tracking links, but the link goes nowhere. I paid for express delivery and two weeks later I'm still waiting. Save yourself a lot of stress and avoid them

I bought a GPS smartwatch from Sekoda in August 2025. It's now stopped working. I'm finding it difficult to get a response from Sekoda. Their product description is not accurate. Do not buy products from this company.

Bought a smart watch last Sunday 14 dec for 170 euro and already I know this is 100% scam company do not look at this company scam website seems genuine everything look normal even the payment system fooled me after I paid no more communication sent 5 emails with no reply stay well clear

Complete scam company beware, they have now changed the name to MIvrass, same website different name, also beware of the product reviews from checkproguid top 5 smart watches, these are clearly part of the scam

This smartwatch is useless & it started heating up on my arm after only 3 days of using it.
I have sent an email requesting refund, & no response.
Please read all these reviews as everyone states the same.

This watch is not waterproof as it says on the box. We used it to swim and it died. We tried a warranty claim and we were told the watch is not to be submersed …. And that s it. If we had known we wouldn’t have put in water. Now it s broken and they won’t replace it …

Absolute rip off - quality of the smart watch is terrible and took weeks to deliver.

Ordered a set of earpods from this company and received a budget set. Clearly not what was advertised and a complete scam. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I bought this ring a few months back. I contacted them the same day I received it saying that although I followed their size chart the ring was massive and I couldn't wear it. I asked for a smaller ring and return process. I have since written numerous times. I have received a couple of replies offering me the option of keeping the ring and they would send another with a discount of approximately £4 in other words they want me to buy another. I have since asked for return process and full refund. They haven't bothered replying. I asked for complaints department details and CEO details again all ignored. Their customer service is non existent and if I could give it zero stars I would. Please do not get confused with Sekonda as i did initially as they are a totally different company. Sekoda obviously play on that too. Stay away from this company at all costs.

As with other reviewers, if I could have given no stars, I would have done. Avoid this company.
In short, I did not receive the product advertised on the website but an inferior copy. Moreover, this is not fully functioning. It does not work!
Despite me making this clear on several occasions, this is not acknowledged at all and part of the returns process states: Please pack it properly to avoid damage during the transit, otherwise, we are not allowed to give you a full refund. IT IS ALREADY DAMAGED!
so, I can return but...the onus is on the customer to pay shipping costs (at least £35) on top of that, I am advised that a 15% 'handling fee' will be deducted from the refund. On top of that, I am advised of the following: Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item.
I wonder what the chances are that that will happen??

forget returning the product.. cheaper to keep it... they want me to pay for the freight that was free when I made the purchase on top of paying the freight to return them.. that's pretty much the price of the product.

Having read the previous reviews here after I had bought the GPS Sports watch, I was full of dread. However, the watch arrived within nine days (from China) and was fully and timely tracked by Yunexpress.
The watch seems to work perfectly well and it paired with “Glory Fit Pro” app with no problems. Although I bought it mostly for steps and heart monitoring, which it does perfectly well, it has a host of sport and health options which I don’t intend to use much, if at all. There are no signs of inaccuracies or inconsistencies reported in other reviews so far.

The screen is clear and easy to read and responds instantly to swipes and touches, so all good there too. It is a bit bigger than I thought and it has some weight to it but neither inconveniences me.

I have given it a four star because I can’t seem to get the watch face I want from the app to the phone. Probably incompetence on my part but that should really be a straightforward thing to do.

I will revisit this review if things go wrong but so far it seems a good solid purchase with an easy to use app.

Bought (overpriced) bone conduction headphones which (only Eventually) arrived and were found not fit for purpose. Requests for exchange or refund ignored.

Avoid!
Completely different ring received to what I had purchased. Size was widely incorrect, despite measuring meticulously several times with others.
The ring came in a generic looking box with "Smart Ring" on the front. Red flags immediately.
My husband actually found the exact match on Ali Express of all places!

Just sent email asking for a refund, if they don't respond in two business days I'll make sure to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Really disappointing given the amount paid.

Earbuds did not work!
