Very disappointed Looks very nice but it’s not even close to my Fitbit 6 in accuracy eg my heart rate was showing at 102 as I was sitting I was concerned Checked on my Fitbit and it was showing as 69

Lovely watch

Not easy to use. Won’t connect to my phone. Type is so small I can hardly see it.
Not happy.

Bought a Sekonda Smartwatch model 40528 with a two year warranty. After two and a half years the battery failed and it would cost more to replace the battery than to buy a new one. Very poor value and durability. Expected better from a well known brand.

I can’t use it the way I had hoped. The battery life is not the best.

Great choice of products,I chose two one for everyday wear and one with an extra bit of sparkle! It was easy to make my purchase and they arrived within the specified time.

Knowing I dealt with a British manufacturer with a sound record. Liked the contemporary design of dial and steel mesh strap but would have been glad of tips on adjusting. Wide choice on user friendly website, excellent value and prompt delivery.

I already have a Sekonda watch that I love so much, I bought another one in the sale. I do expect the first one to last a long time but just in case I damage it or lose it, then I have another one of the same.
The website is easy to use and the watch came quickly, so I'm very happy and would be happy to recommend Sekonda watches.

Bought an active pro smartwatch, it looked pretty good and seemed to have decent reviews. First watch didn't work at all out of the box, so returned for a replacement, which did work, for about 6 months, then totally died, won't be buying any more from them.

Unfortunately the bracelet of the watch I ordered had a manufacturing fault. Sekonda was unable to give me a direct replacement (which I was grateful for to tell the truth) but I was offered a choice from the same price range. Once they had received my decision, the watch was despatched and arrived the next day. Special thanks to Amina, my contact at Sekonda. She was very helpful.

I really enjoy this watch. I wanted something to track my steps. Although it does have the function to receive messages I prefer the health side of it. You can track heart rate, blood oxygen and step count. You can even log gym sessions. App is easy to download and sync to phone. Battery life is really good.

Not as good as advertised

I lost the power lead for my watch , knowing I would probably find the lead as soon as I ordered a new one I ordered it anyway. i ordered a new one and in 20 minutes I found the old lead. Am I disappointed no at all , I now haw two leads and the new lead charges my watch faster than the previous lead. I keep the original lead in the original Sekonda box ( for safety )

Watch is good for price but had a very small air bubble on the face.the strap was a little tight ref the stainless steel link one,but I am a large man,the free watch strap fitted fine.

I love it. I saw it on a plane duty free catalogue and decided I wanted it straight away. However, they didn’t have one on board. When we got home I went onto the Sekonda site and ordered one. When it arrived I put it straight on. It glitters in the light that makes it look more expensive than it was.
