Great supplement targeting women's specific requirements. Improve sleep, clarity and motivation after a month of use.

I think the product is good, but I had a question about one side-effect and contacted Selaura through the 'contact us' option on website.
I have not received a reply.......

I received my shipment the first time (Nov 2024) months ago and then never again. For the past two months (Dec 2024 and Jan 2025) I've only been notified by my bank that the payment was deducted but no receipt of payment from Celara and no sign of the product. Nothing was delivered to me. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed!

I've only been on them for 3 weeks so its difficult to say now if they've made a difference. I can review again after 2 months but I can say, ordering online and dealing with customer service was a pleasure.

Delivery was quick and the packaging is nice. I’ve been taking for 2 weeks now and can feel a difference with my sleep even with the hot weather. Would recommend.

Honestly SELAURA supplement is AMAZING. Noticed that I no longer have pains in my knees and hip…. I was starting to get these last year. Totally gone. This has been a recent revelation. Lovely presentation of product and good speed of delivery . I am only two weeks into taking the capsules so not long enough to notice change .
Very convenient to use two capsules in morning two in the evening covers most of supplements I was previously taking without all the bottles & pill popping .

I have been using these products for sometime now and I have definitely felt the benefits from them. I'm postmenopausal, and have had a few personal issues. These tablets have definitely made a difference. I shall keep taking them as long as I continue to get good results.

Great service, great product! I'm just starting my third month and can already feel a lot of the benefits. Everything has arrived on time so far despite postal strikes etc, although withy all the upheaval and strikes I would love the option to perhaps trigger my subscription a few days early to ensure I do not run out :) (Just a suggestion! It has all been great so far!)

I have been recommending these supplements to everyone! For ages I have struggled to make sure I am getting the right nutrients etc, was taking multiple supplements daily and still wasn’t convinced they were working. Selaura has changed that. I’ve been taking them consistently for 2 months now and I just feel better - it’s that simple. And because I feel better, I sleep better and I eat better and I exercise more (which is vital for women - get moving and lifting those weights!!!).
I love the pouches; I love the subscription service because I don’t have to think about it and I love the container the first month came in. And the customer service is great.

I feel like "me" again. A few months ago, my mood was at an all time low, my anxiety and depression was high and I will admit, there were some dark moments where I thought I'd lost myself forever. To add to my great experience with the product, the Selaura customer care team are simply amazing. When the postage carrier appeared to have "lost" my latest package, I panicked! Of course, there was no need for panic - I contacted the Selaura team who were so kind and understanding. Within hours, they had arranged for a replacement to be sent so I didn't have to worry at all and so, my great experience continues.

I have been taking Selaura supplements for 9 months now and I would highly recommend these little capsules of wellness!
Personally, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my sleep and hence general well-being. I have also experienced a lot less bloating which is a huge benefit for me. I am definitely overcoming the emotional rollercoaster my cycle can bring and I feel that overall, I am a lot calmer and more in control.
The customer service is superb! @selauraladies are super efficient at enabling any request and always on hand for friendly advice.
Finally, the luxurious packaging just completes the perfect supplement! Highly recommend!
