I was at a really low point - not sleeping, not happy, angsty, anxious and just not feeling like me at all! I found out about Selaura and thought I’d give it a go. The customer service, initial advice and experience was fantastic- I immediately felt the girl power! After 4 weeks I feel like a new woman- my energy returned (I’ve always been super energetic so the lack of this had scared me!), my sleep has become better, I feel calmer and my healthy appetite is back craving all the right foods and not the rubbish stuff! I can’t put my finger on it but I just feel like I got my sparkle back! #girlpowerstillhappensinourforties! Thankyou @Selaura ladies for making me feel so much better!

I don’t usually take supplements nor had read much about the pre-menopause, let alone considered that my brain fog and physical lethargy might have had anything to do with it. So, I was really amazed at the positive impacts of taking Selaura.
