Website was easy to use. Products are exactly as described as was packaging. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that’s likely down to Royal Mail and not Self & More.

My product was on pre-order which is fine, I expected to wait for a while until it was in stock. However there was no updates at all about expected shipping dates. And then parcel arrived randomly one day. Only few days later I got an dispatched email. It would be nice I was kept in a loop about status of order, but I understand if it is not possible.

One wasn’t quite the size I’d hoped, but still great quality and feel…. And just gives me the excuse to buy the bigger one I was umming and aahing about at checkout.
Great packaging and delivery time - though the delivery company themselves did a great job of potentially leaving an opportunistic thief confused when they left the package unattended on our street-front doorstep 🤣
