Good customer service, my item got lost in the post and after a few weeks I reached out to the Team at Self & More. They replied quickly and the process was hassle free. The products on the website are good with decent prices too. Other websites tend to have really tacky products, but everything here is sleek, simple and nice to look at!

The customer service that I have received has been outstanding. I received a product that had a fault, and the company couldn’t have responded any quicker to rectify the situation. They were kind and professional and I would definitely shop here again.

The products were well packaged, discreet and they took not time at all to arrive!

The toys are fantastic! What made it stand out to me was the communication from them! I had some technical difficulties when checking out and I had a response within half an hour, from Lauren even though it was 11.30pm, to sort everything out. 110% will buy from here again and already got things in my wish list! I love the personalised feel of the site, the luxurious and varied selection of items, detailed item descriptions and the extra fun content on Instagram. I recently bought the Satisfyer curvy 2 and it is incredible, plus the Sliquid H20 lube which is really great quality. What an amazing service! I found self and more on Instagram through Lauren Gordon and was definitely influenced. I love that they have so many reviews/Q&As etc makes it really easy to make an informed decision even as someone new to toys!
There was an issue with my delivery, nothing to do with Self and More but when I got in touch to explain Lauren was amazing and managed to sort it much quicker than I expected!
Outside of the service just to comment on the you itself...wow! I am super impressed and as someone who is new to toys the curvy is great to start, definitely made me more curious to try different options as well!
