The first board that arrived was in poor condition, very disappointing. I called customer service and explained. A replacement was sent out, arrived the next day, and they didn't want the original one back. So whilst that was excellent service, I shouldn't have been sent the shabby one first. Hence 3 stars

Another perfectly-working piece of up to date and specialised medical equipment has arrived from Selfimed, in under 48 hours from purchase.
Not only is their service an excellent recycling facility for NHS equipment, but at often less than 10% of original retail price, a self-funding patient is able to access life-changing equipment that would otherwise be totally unaffordable. Thanks for substantially improving my life!

I want to express my thankfullnes towards Selfimed. They stood next to my when I experienced troubles with Spanish customs importing a defibrilator. Then they resended another one to Holland without any problems. Nice to know that customerfriendlyness and service still counts for them.

Great pre-sales communication via Whatsapp. I had some queries before buying and the team were very helpful with a quick response time.
The dispatch was quick, the team responded quickly when I had concerns about the delivery, and the items were as described, while also being the cheapest I could find on the market.

I bought a spare CPAP for my partner. He preferrs it to his expensive NHS one. It cost £80 + p&p. What's not to like. Arrived quickly. VAT form was a bit of a palava.

Hello ,thank you for the prompt delivery of the machine, unfortunately it would not perform immediately. to get it to function I had to do a factory reset which meant I had to research a manual on the Internet to find out how to do this as I was not aware initially as to why it wouldn't work. It is now functioning correctly and I'm pleased with it, also it was rather grubby looks like it was just sent out as it came in regards Robert
