It is so easy to scan books
It is so easy to scan books. And it is convenient to print the mailing label. I am so thankful to be able to pass on books and get paid a small amount.

Found that the whole process was easy to follow and quick to use. Happy with the prices and saves me hoarding books. Collected from my house on time . Left me with a little extra to spend on books.

System for selling books back doesn't work - and no help availableI am trying to sell back books
I am trying to sell back books. It keeps saying my password doesn't work even though I've just changed it.
I try the Live Chat - and it keeps asking stupid questions and then ending the chat.
The site says 'Nora' can get me to human help - but how???? It doesn't work.
Better I take my books to a charity shop
And why do I need to log in to my account again after I've scanned the books to sell?
It's a nonsense and noone to help!
