I want to thank Def, the admin of sellauth.com, for helping me after I was scammed by a seller on the site. I provided clear proof, and even though he wasn’t required to, Def stepped in, supported me, and refunded my money from his own pocket. His actions showed genuine integrity and a good heart. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation.

Over the past month, Sellauth has been extremely unreliable on both the customer and seller sides. The site constantly breaks, with frequent downtime and no easy way to view real-time status updates. For the last 48 hours, I’ve been unable to sell or purchase anything using their crypto service.

They only support Bitcoin and Litecoin, with no options for other major cryptocurrencies that most users prefer. CAPTCHA failures happen often on store pages, and modal integrations load very slowly.

Now, additional issues have appeared: the login button on the main page doesn’t work, the Discord link redirects to an undefined page, and both the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy pages on the dashboard return 404 errors.

Overall, the platform feels broken, unstable, and poorly maintained.

Sellauth is great!

I always see reviews about people rather getting scammed by stores or saying that they can't transfer money to their acc from Sellauth. And so on.

First if all:
Sellauth is just a service for PEOPLE TO MAKE STORES. They themself do not own the stores and don't scam you. If ppl scam you then it's the store and NOT SELLAUTH.

Then there is many reports of not being able to do payouts and so on which is completely stupid and user error. I used Sellauth for over a year and never had problems. Everything gets payed out instantly if you set it up correctly which is EASY, and the only payment you need to manually payout is crypto which is also simple af.

Hello ALL i was used sellauth and i sell my online products but they scammed me . they did not provide withdraw of my funds to me , i searched everywhere there is no option to withdraw your own funds i have $440 in revenue but they scammed me cheated me they dont provide me withdraw option.They dont provide online support. I Request everyone to do not use this scammy plateform.

"reat platform! I’ve been using SellAuth for about 2 months now and overall it’s been a good experience. In the past, there were some downtimes, but those issues have been fixed. The platform is updated often, which is really nice to see. It may take some time to catch up with bigger competitors, but the fact that SellAuth is almost completely free already gives it a big advantage. With 0% fees and only an optional subscription for extra features, it’s definitely worth trying.

Absolute dog crap. I first was scammed, my account sold to SellAuth, provided all my info and they just ended up banning me...?

Scammers Stay Away From them I Was Buying product via them when ir transfered via ltc they said no transactions done and i lost my money

In a nutshell, 10/10 platform. As somebody who so far has been using SellAuth for over half a year, I can say that this is the only platform I'm comfortable selling my products on. Everything is spot on, from payments to how my site looks, no other platform has been able to top it off for me. I see a lot of low star reviews on this trustpilot for SellAuth and quite frankly none of them are accurate.

Now there is one thing that I'd like mention:
The professionalism in their Discord Support server is slightly deficient. I noticed that the member(s) with higher roles than the "Members" role are condescending and could work on their patience with the people that catch on slower than others.

Great services 10/10 will be buying business plan again

Don’t let the 1 Star Reviews deceive you. SellAuth is great and very simplistic. On top of relatively frequent updates bringing great features, they have a variety of payment methods as well as beautiful themes which can be edited using the visual editor or if you want, you can make your own using the code editor. People can complain all they want about having to spend 10$ each month for a “domain” but nothing good ever comes free. If you’re new to selling digital online goods, I’d highly recommend trying SellAuth out, they have a great team behind it, and they are super helpful and always listening to feedback and suggestions from the community.

Only bad experience I had was with a seller who was using sellauth to sell his product which then he would purposely not give them there product.

Sellauth has been one of the best hosting platforms I’ve ever worked with. Their free themes are not only clean and modern, but also fully customizable= giving you complete control over your site’s look and feel. Even better, the Sellauth team is incredibly responsive and professional, always quick to address any concerns with actual solutions. Try it you wont regret it.

Well I have been using SellAuth since Nov 2024 and my customers always have an issue with Captcha Failures and even after 6+ crypto confirmation the order gets stucks because of which I have to manually proceed them like If I really want to do everything manual then why I should use a website where I bought a subscription for best experience but it's not worth it and waste of money!! 0 Customer Support and a Fraud Service!!

it's fast, easy to set up, there has been some downtime but reading their replies to other reviews i'm not gonna bump my stars down

I’ve used sellauth for up to 6+ Months and there’s been ups and downs along the way, and with everything comes good and bad, I’ve looked at other competitors to sellauth and none match the simpleness and 0 fees that sellauth has to offer. I came into sellauth with 0 experience of websites ect. I quickly got the hang of setting me up a functional running site, I eventually went on and purchased the sellauth glow theme and it definitely was an upgrade now looking back at it I can agree $50 for it is a bit pricey I feel like $35 is more reasonable. But like I said with everything there’s always gonna be some negatives so let’s talk about a few, starting with downtime probably the biggest talk when it comes to why not to choose sellauth, yes there are constant downtimes however there has been times in my 6+ months where sellauth wouldn’t go down for weeks at a time, recently the downtimes have been bad up to a few times a day but typically last no more then a few minutes at a time however that can still be very frustrating. Next thing the lack of new / updated themes in my 6+ months of using sellauth there have been no new free or even paid themes or even just some updates to the current themes would be nice every once in awhile. I didn’t make this review to bash sellauth in any way but to give an honest feedback of my experience in the past 6+ months.

It is setup literally just the way you want it if you are selling software. All the other options are not setup like that which is a pain because the whole goal is to have the site look great but also have the backend work great as well.

amazing service had a issue with the bitcoin processing on my site but i joined their community support discord and they got it resolved in about 30ish minutes! Thank you alot Def for making it such a easy process
