Firstly if you're not in the position of needing a quick sale, then this probably won't apply and you'll be looking at a private sale. If, however, you need a quick sale then these guys are really good. They're polite, efficient and professional. It's a very quick process. They'll do a very thorough and honest inspection and explain any potential issues. Kevin was our assessor. He arrived very promptly at the agreed time and took time to explain the process and the final offer price. There was absolutely zero pressure to accept the offer. There's no "tyre kicking", stupid offers nor hidden fees. Deposit is paid into your account, the balance being payable on collection. It worked well for us ... 👍
