Was an excellent service the delivery driver didn't show up the first time to collect the phone but I arranged it again for the next day and had no issues DPD collect the phone well and sellmyphone only took a day to evaluate it and one more day to pay it so very fast service very recommended!!

In a nutshell was offer £600 they said £70 due to damage phone . Phone perfect always had protection.
Return: you have to pay and they don't rented it with my new case .
The thing to not get attracted by is that they offer so much more than any other company this is who they trick people and make money

After inspection, your device was found to have a faulty LCD with a dead pixel. For full transparency, images were shared with you to show the issue identified during testing. As the device was received with this fault, we were unfortunately unable to proceed with the original quoted price, which is based on the condition declared at the time of the order.
Regarding the case, our terms and conditions clearly state that we are unable to return SIM cards, memory cards, or any accessories sent with devices, as these items are not preserved during processing. We also provided you with the full terms and conditions along with an explanation in response to your query.

This phone was sent to you in the same condition as it was just returned from Meelie - who offered me £150, I declined, before them Innofinity offered me £150 and raised to £190, I declined.
You gave me £271.
