Rip off company
Just wanted to make people aware that this company is ripping people off. I sent my iPhone to them in good used condition . After their inspection they said it’s basically faulty and gave me a price if £50 instead of original £375. I rejected the offer and had to transfer the money to their account to pay for special delivery back to me.( also they advertised that free returns). I had to pay £14 for the return delivery, good I got it back. Today I took this phone toCEX and and after their inspection my phone was given all good and I got my money. This company wanted to rob me of more than £250 It’s really really bad even to think that someone could do this. Be aware please and always ask for second option.

Following inspection, the device was found to have faults that affected its resale value, including battery health at 79%, LCD burn marks, a faulty rear camera, and a faulty SIM reader. The revised price was issued based solely on the condition of the device received during testing.
Customers are never obliged to accept a revised offer and may request the return of their device. Where there is a significant discrepancy between the condition declared and the device received, return costs may apply, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Every device I own is well looked after and protected with an armoured case I only change to a new device when something I want comes available with latest technology

Great experience - first time using this business
My first time using this business. I was slightly nervous but no need. It was all really quick and I had notifications throughout. I posted my iPhone on Friday and had the money in my account Tuesday morning. AND they paid me what they had quoted too. I will definitely use them again.

Avoid
Avoid! sent my perfect condition (i have plenty of photos of it before it got sent) iphone to them & they reply with a photo of it damaged. Now this went in the original box, wrapped and well packaged by DPD. Photos of how it went and what they tried to send me. Rip off, they have either damaged it or took a photo of another damaged phone to reduce the price.
