I recently listed two properties with SMTN, one for timeshare points and another for two weeks. While the process took longer than I anticipated, I ultimately received the asking price for both. The listings generated 19 inquiries; 13 did not follow up, 4 made low offers, and 2 offers were acceptable.
Throughout the process, the customer service team at SMTN was consistently available and helpful. They handled the document flow efficiently once the offers were accepted and kept me informed at every step, ensuring the funds were received as expected.
Overall, my experience was positive, and I would definitely use SMTN again.

SMTN was great to work with on the sale of our timeshare. They were accommodating and explained every detail so we could make the best of our experience. We went into the process knowing we would take a loss on our investment, so it was great to have them support us from beginning to end. When the first buyer didn't work out, they explained why and contacted us as soon as another buyer became interested in our timeshare. If I ever made a huge mistake, bought another property, and wanted to get out of it, I would definitely use SMTN again.

Sounds like a great way to get out of a time share. Paid the $3,398.00 listing fee, listed, now more than 11 months later no even one low ball offer and no follow up from agent. Had a problem with follow up by dept to handle maintance late fee. Have asked for details on other sales in my resorts with no follow up. I guess I still have hope but sales process implied a bit better response

The process was clear from the vey beginning that it may take some time. I could tell they had years of experience and gave me comfort in knowing they understood the process completely. The communication along the way was incredible and kept us well informed of exactly where we were in the process. An incredible company and a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!

Do NOT sell your timeshare with SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW. It is a SCAM. I paid $1998 back in 2021 to sell my Marriott Canyon Villas Timeshare. I owned a Platinum Week Plan and I listed my Timeshare for the lowest price that timeshares were listed for. I never received any interest and SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW, continually called me wanting me to lower my price. I finally lowered the price to $2000 and finally received an offer!!! AND THIS IS WHERE YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL. I was told I had an offer for $700. I asked if that was all I was offered and they said YES. I asked who paid closing fees and they said the buyer. WHAT THED DID NOT TELL ME IS THAT I WAS OFFERED $1750 AND I WOULD BE PAYING THEM A $1050 COMMISSION FEE. This was NOT relayed to me. SO....let's do the math here I paid $3048 to SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW to reap a whopping g $700 in the sale. and SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW received $3048. DON'T DO IT. MARRIOTT has a program where you can give your timeshare back to them at no fees. Do yourself a favor and go this route.

SellMyTimeshareNow made my purchase of a Marriott and Hyatt inventory seemless with great communication and the exact outcome I was looking for. Highly recommend them.

The documentation was simple to complete. The exchange of funds was straight forward .The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the 3 months it took to process the paperwork and that was due to Hyatt.

I have had my Timeshare in California listed for 3 years and have never gotten a single offer. NOTHING! As far as I am concerned it is a total scam. A waste of money!

I had a very professional and efficient experience with SellMyTimeshareNow.com when it came to purchasing a VDP Mexico timeshare. My sales rep was extremely thorough in explaining what the timeshare entailed and followed up promptly with detailed answers to all of my questions. The escrow process was smooth and the reps knowledgeable and helpful. It was such a positive experience that I am considering another timeshare purchase through them.

A year or more ago I signed up for sale of a Timeshare to check the validity of this company because I was having a dispute with my Timeshare company. I put up the least of my 3 timeshares as a trial deed for sale. A dispute with my Timeshare company resulted in a freeze of all access to my deeded weeks. This resulted in Maintenance fee build-up due to none access to my deeded weeks which this SMTN sale was to remedy. I received emails from SMTN stating there was interest in my other deeds, but the one I had listed was not good enough. I talked on the phone and they said my current $2000 listing was not good enough and they needed $6000 more to put my other two deeds up for sale which they were assuring was a much better chance of sale. About 4 weeks after withdrawing the $6000 (which I had to borrow), I was informed that the my deeds were being foreclosed on and they could not be sold. I requested the return of the money due to these unusual circumstances and removal of the adds. Their response was that it wasn't their fault and they refused to return any of the $6000 they just took. I do not perceive this as a Better Business considering the extent they took to lure me into an expensive ($8000) proposition which I did not realize had no way to be carried out. I am only asking for a return of the $6000 which is not a viable proposition and can't be carried out.
If you want to throw your money away, then call SMNT they were happy to work with me as long as I paid them upfront they did absolutely nothing. I did not get a single offer. I dropped my price repeatedly. I tried to rent the properties out did not get a single response. My price was very reasonable. SMNT is a sham do not waste your money.
They were there to answer my questions and always responded right away.

Although the process took longer than one might have liked, in the end, it all worked out and the transaction was handled well by the personnel at SMTN.com. We would have liked to get a better price for our points share right-to-use membership, but we are pleased to have everything done. The SMTN personnel were very helpful throughout the process. They provided the advice and guidance we needed to sell our membership.

Not a reputable company to get an online or emailed market valuation for your timeshare, FYI. They only want to take to you on the phone about selling your timeshare
Sellmytimeshare now was the best experience I have had buying a timeshare. Very attentive and professional. Head and shoulders over redweek. I had to reach out to redweek multiple times just to get a response as compared to sel my timeshare who always reached out and kept me informed
