Great, quick, paid as quoted!

Excellent service, quick and price quoted is what I received within 3 days of posting !!

My product was delivered late on the Friday night and payment was in my account by 3pm on Monday .

Gave them a call on Monday and they were very helpful. I will use again in future

Very fast payment

This company do not honour their prices. The FAQ for selling a watch state they do not require the strap or charger. However they refused to honour their own terms and conditions and would not pay me.
Warning- do not use this company.

In my experience, my dealings with Sell Techs were extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish.

After sending in my iPhone 16 Pro, communication felt poor and unclear to me. My first direct interaction was a very brief phone call during which, to my understanding, the representative did not clearly identify the company. I was then sent photos of what was described as “damage” and received a significantly lower revised offer than I had expected, without any prior written explanation.

I rejected the reduced offers several times and requested the return of my device. Although I was told it would be sent back on a specific date, I then had to repeatedly follow up for updates. From my perspective, there were delays and continued attempts to encourage me to accept a lower price rather than promptly returning the phone.

Overall, I spent far more time and effort than I would reasonably expect trying to secure the return of my own device.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before using this company. I found the communication unclear, the information inconsistent, and the process of getting my device returned frustrating.
