Bought a lovely 2019 Avalon electro-acoustic, great spec and condition and exactly as described. The trade-in allowance on my nearly new acoustic was a a bit disappointing but the overall deal, ie cash to change, was fair. Great bunch of guys who cant do enough for you and an on-site tech who knows his stuff, and they really do set the guitars up, not like many other retailers who say they do, but dont.

I’d sold a few guitars to SUYG and always had a great experience, but this was my first time trading in. I traded 3 guitars in for a beautiful American Original Jazzmaster - the whole process was really easy and transparent, and the guitar itself is exactly as described. Would recommend.

Fantastic instrument at a great price. The packaging was as good as it gets, quick delivery, and the customer service top notch. This company does Luthier reports for instruments that they sell too so you really get an idea of what you are going to receive. On that note, their photos are super clear and show any dings clearly - so clear in fact that in real life the dings and minor scratches were far less obvious - which is testament to their honesty about used products.

Excellent service. I live fairly near by so was able to drive over to the shop. Guitar was as described but had been in storage for a few months so had some scratchy pots and the strings felt old. The tech was there (very helpful guy )and was able to fix any issues, restring and set up to my specs. No pressure environment and I was offered a great deal on the guitar. I will definitely use them again.

Read all the positive reviews and take note! Lots of people will sell things on commission for you, but very very few go all of the extra miles that these guys do: it's quite clear that the efforts that they put in to provide the most detailed and honest descriptions of the guitars means they have built an enormous credibility with buyers, which in turn works to the advantage of sellers too. And on top of that, they make the whole process of rehomin loved possessions so straightforward and pleasant that you are actually left wishing you had more things to pass on into their care. Give them a try, I don't think you will regret it.

Hi, I made a purchase from here on 24/06/24 and guitar arrived 26/06/24 unfortunately due to my health issues the wide neck on the instrument made it too difficult for my arthritic hands to use. Fantastic and professional service from these guys! You can tell that the team at Sell Us Your Guitar genuinely care about guitars and their customers. I sold both a Fender Custom shop strat & Gibson Custom firebird through the company. They even picked up my guitars from the other end of the country as luckily one of the team had family near where I lived. They were completely open and honest about the costs involved with no hidden fees. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received the highest amount possible and communicated with myself in a friendly and courteous manner every step of the way. Both guitars sold within a month of being listed in store. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend others to also.
