The test arrived next day after ordering. Returned the test Monday, had results on Wednesday. Excellent explanation of my results. There is nothing to improve. 5 stars.

A great way to get a blood test, from start to finish, a vast choice of tests , an easy process from requesting the test and booking how you would like the test carried out, extremely quick delivery and results, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Customer service is outstanding, I emailed a few times as I was having trouble getting the tube filled with blood, twice they sent me out replacement kits and on the 3rd try I was successful. Always a quick response and very helpful with information and different options. Result turnaround was quick and easy to read and understand. Will definitely use again for any more home blood tests.
