Excellent from beginning to end. Found on web and don’t regret. Everything was very professional and their website very informative about the test I was requesting. They kept in touch each step of the way. Easy to do at home as first step before sending to the Lab. If needed I will use again. Worth the money.

The site seemed to not over promise but was clear and sensible it what it could and could not achieve. The process of testing was fast and efficient with a result in 48 hours .

Efficient service
Efficient service, had my results back within 5 working days. Doctors report is not particularly thorough but my results did come back ok so I assume if they found anything untoward it would have been more detailed. Customer service was good. I delayed activating my test because of the heatwave so thought it was best to wait for the temperature to cool down a bit and received a email reminding me I had a test to activate and to get in contact with them if I had any issues or needed help with anything. So yeah can’t complain

Three tests submitted. Results for all three arrived within 36 hrs of mailing samples. You can't improve on that.

Easy instructions and a simple process
It supports personal responsibility for my own health rather than limiting that responsibility to what the NHS provides. It brought me peace of mind but had my results indicated a need for further exploration I would have been able to have that conversation with my GP.
