We cannot thank Mark enough for his guidance and support in helping our son get into his school for year 7. It was such a stressful period but Mark made the process so much easier. It has being a tough journey to navigate through the many obstacles in going through a tribunal with the local authority to be able to provide our son safe access to special education needs. Thanks to Mark, in the end we have the desired outcome (52 weeks residential placement). Through out it all, Mark has being supportive, patient and effectively pragmatic.
