We engaged Baker Small to assist us with an appeal to the SEN Tribunal. I have to say that we received superb support from all of the staff. I found the firm to be highly organised and efficient. We are busy professionals and we grateful that Mark accommodated meetings and telephone calls around our availability. Sometimes these were late in the evening. Mark was simply brilliant and his knowledge of the law was clear. He guided us expertly through the process and we were able to reach an agreement with the Local Authority. Simply the best, I would highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to share my positive experience and the first class service delivered by Mark Small of SEN4You. OUTSTANDING ! Our son has very severe autism and requires a waking day curriculum. Yet we faced a hostile local authority who erected barriers at every request. My husband and I needed proper guidance and support and Mark came highly recommended to us. Once we had Mark on board, we never looked back !
Our son now attends a special residential school of our choice funded by the local authority. This is all due to Mark preparing a thorough and robust case and winning an excellent victory for us at tribunal. Mark's approachable manner and commitment to our case instilled us with great confidence. His superb knowledge of the law together with his effective communication, result in a winning combination. We were pleasantly surprised how reasonable his fees were and Mark went above and beyond his remit on several occasions, reinforcing his dedication and outstanding attitude We cannot recommend Mark highly enough and we will be forever grateful to SEN4You for getting our son the education he deserves.

I am an SEN officer and Mark used to provide advice and support to us. Without Mark's input and expertise our approach to appeals has been horrific and we have lost all cases. We have mostly missed his training and legal guidance. Mark never got the recognition for all the training, guidance and free support he gave us. We are much poorer without him and he was harshly dealt with. Make no mistake he is a brilliant solicitor. The best I have encountered in local government by a mile. We miss his input and he is such an asset to have in your corner. I would highly recommend Mark and wish him the very best.
