From start to finish the process was amazing! From the speed of the order to the beautifully packaged bear, it was just fantastic!
The gift I got my little boy is just beautiful and the sound quality is perfect.

Amazingly quick
Didn't even get chance to track the delivery before the parcel arrived I blinked and it was there. Amazingly super quick delivery and turn around time wasn't even 48 hours.

Patches the teddy bear
Super fast delivery which I didn’t expect and was the best surprise just when I needed it. Voice record option has brought me so much comfort after losing my dog 2 months ago had a recording of his breathing added to Patches the teddy bear and now it feels like my dog is always with me. Just amazing thank you.
