First purchase was of a video game with a screen which didn't have photos showing damage. When I received it Sendico couldn't do anything about it.
Second purchase was returned to sender as I didn't get notification of delivery. Sendico obviously couldn't do anything about it. Lost 80 dollars in delivery.
Sendico are just OK, but couldn't care about helping if things go wrong and you loose money. Be very wary about what you're buying. Sellers within Japan couldn't care less about you.

I've used sendico for multiple years now, I've never had a single issue. Everything is really straight forward and arrives perfectly wrapped and safe.
You can pay extra if your unsure and have items checked before shipping too which is a handy thing to have and you have 30 days to consolidate your packages so you can wait until multiple things arrive :)

Was good at the beginning, but after some purchase they do not care to take a look on my messages/texts. They dont care about customer problems. Replies after a decade and not user friendly anymore. They also took out the declare value option and change name option when other proxy sites are providing!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL ANYMORE.

Very bad experience on a listing. A-900706. Mentioned some scratches. Didn't find any scratches. Asked for better photos. No response. Got it checked in warehouse and the photos are so obvious. 2 times but chips on the rear element. Not the front where it may not affect the image as much when taking photos but on the rear. These are not obvious on the photos they have on the listing as it is either blurry, out of focus or with reflection masking it perfectly. It's a bad faith listing. No one if they were given these details correctly and clearly will purchase a damaged lens for $500 aud. It's trash. It's junk. This is misleading advertising and purposely not being honest about the chips. The chips should be the first photos they show and it shouldn't be blurry. Refer to the sendico warehouse photos. It should be those photos shown. This is an honest complaint on my end and I am not satisfied with sendico chasing up a clear refund. Given the very bad faith listing. Honestly shocking experience given I was looking forward to using the website more. Now it has left a very bad taste on my experience. I cannot recommend. And I will do everything to tell people not to use the service. Bad results on a very reasonable refund request.

generally it's pretty good. You have to give them a deposit to order, which means you might have more money laying around on there than you need, it's a bit annoying overall. support response time is a bit long. But the core service works very well, shipping and packaging is fast.

Very slow to ship sometimes, many of my items arrived damaged also. For example I purchased a Tyranitar Prime card for nearly $100. It arrived in a team bag without a penny sleeve or top loader. The card was bent so I lost money. Also one of my Marnie boxes came damaged because they just threw it in the box without any protection and they have a habit of stocking heavy items on top of lighter ones. Not at all happy woth them after using them for years, the issues have been mostly recent.

Sendico has always been a very reliable service for anything you'd like to order from Japan. Not just (vintage) tech or collectables but also western products that a Japanese collector might have purchased decades ago can be found on Japanese exclusive market places.
The majority of products are kept in prestine conditions. I was able to find original 1980s pop culture cinema posters that look almost like new.
Sendico offers amazing customer service and replied quickly as usual. Each package is packed with great care and diligence. I kept all the tiny origami gifts so far but I think this time none was included. Thanks to the person making them. I guess too many orders, too little time. ☺️💝

Worst customer service in the world. I thought Japan was the best place with humble service, but they will only contact you if you have to pay more for something. Recently, I bought a new flip phone for about 23,000 yen, plus shipping, VAT, and commission. When I received the phone, it wasn’t working, even though it was clearly listed as used like new, and the description said everything was okay and functioning. When I asked for a refund, Sendico customer service said there would be no refunds. When I trusted them and they didn't even contacted the customer who sold me a broken phone
