Super negative

Add me to the negative reviews. I test drived Sendle with sending an overseas and a domestic parcel. Both times were significantly delayed, with the domestic delivery not collected after five days. The overseas delivery was delayed but picked up, however upon arrival to the UK they added $23 on top of my bill stating that this is adjustment fee for overweight and oversized! Only when it got to UK! not discussed or resolved in Australia when they brought up this adjustment. Not to mentioned I always weigh my parcels carefully I have never seen such poor logistic service ever. I’d give it a -10 if I can choose.

Delivery person marked it "no safe…

Delivery person marked it "no safe place to leave" I was home, door was open. He said a card was left, there was no card. I "might" get it ina few days or need to go to the nearest agent. I paid for delivery, that means delivery, not pick up somewhere. This agent/driver was not truthful for sure.

A warning to anyone contemplating using…

A warning to anyone contemplating using Sendle —- don’t !! Right from the time the sender of my parcel lodged the item with Sendle there have been unexplained delays. Well overdue, I finally received an email this morning advising the parcel was out with the courier for delivery today.. That was timed early this morning. No delivery has happened. Now I receive an email headed “ out for delivery today” with the message delivery expected tomorrow. I won’t hold my breath, but just be careful if you intend using Sendle.

Company isn't for for purpose

This company used to be super reliable. This year however they can't seem to organise drivers to collect parcels. It took 21 days for one to be collected earlier this year and today I cancelled a pick that was already 4 days over due.

The customer service are perfectly polite but can't actually help. If you don't contact them daily about a missed pick up then nothing happens.

Never thought AusPost would be the more reliable option.

They lie say they attempted delivery to a street front office that’s open all day
Each time I’ve used them they do the same

Clearly the drivers have a scam going on that they get a fee for attempts of delivery so they lie and say office closed or nobody home
5 times for 5 different parcels they have done this it’s like clock work.

Seriously took 5 days coming from the same state is absolutely shocking literally 3 suburbs away 15 min drive

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DELIVERED TO MY PLACE TODAY AND INSTEAD OF KNOCKING OR CALLING OUT, THEY PUSHED THE PARCEL THROUGH THE GATE INTO A YARD WITH DOGS. EVERY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY HAS LEFT THE PARCEL IN A SAFE PLACE OUTSIDE THE GATE (WHICH IS AT THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY OUT OF SIGHT OF THE ROAD).

THE PARCEL WAS DESTROYED, AND THE ITEM DAMAGED. TO ADD TO THIS, THE ITEM WAS A KNIFE SO COULD HAVE SERIOUSLY HURT MY DOGS. AND WHEN I SPOKE TO SENDLE ABOUT IT THEY SAID OH, APOLOGIES. ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN HELP YOU WITH?

So so so so so bad

I was home the whole day and the delivery person didn’t so much as tap the doorbell before marking my delivery as undeliverable. So frustrating. Didn’t leave a card either— I had to reach out to customer support just to get the pickup location. That location also ended up being a random IGA, 40 mins from home. Never again :/

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Completely useless brokers. I have had three days wasted waiting around only for the driver to falsely claimed nobody was home. After multiple complaints and escalations still nothing. Their support is useless and in fact suggested if my parcels were not picked up (after 11 days mind you) they would understand if I “explored other options”!
Never use these clowns.

Dodgy courier company

I kept getting "Unable to Deliver" or "Attempted Delivery" status on my tracking. The delivery address is my work which is open 24/7. I also checked CCTV and there was no delivery attempt. The photo "proving" delivery is of a piece of metal, nothing around it. Couldn't locate a number to call.

Sendle are the worst couriers in…

Sendle are the worst couriers in Australia by far. They contract out to other couriers but refuse to inform you who has your items and just give absolutely rediculous reasons. I am about to take legal action against them for theft!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, horrible pick up times. This is the 3rd time my parcels (small business ) has not been picked for 4 days straight. When you contact them they say there can be many reasons drivers dont pick up and they dont commit to next day pick. They say we will try our best. Worst is how they try. I hope the company dies soon.

Do not use

Sendle is the slowest most unreliable pack of incompetent losers I have ever dealt with! I would never recommend these fools to anyone. Shipped with them twice and both times they were slower than shipping from the other side of the planet!

I bought a camera on eBay

I bought a camera on eBay. EBay had a list of local business that eBay delivered to. Sendle said that the camera was delivered but when l went to pick it up the business said they no longer were taking eBay packages as they weren’t being paid. So why does tracking claim it has been delivered? I contacted Sendle who then said they were returning it to the sender. The company refused to make a different arrangement to deliver the item.
