Avoid Sendle at all costs!!!
Why even offer an express service?
I ordered some drone parts from my usual supplier in QLD. I ordered them express on the 24/09/2025 as I needed them prior to 01/10/2025 (1 week later) UAV Me previously used Australia Post Express service and I received my items next day or the day after.
Unfortunately they have switched over to Sendle. I received a dispatch notification on 25/09/2025 - Sendle Courier did not pick up the item until the 29/09/2025 and I received the items today 06/01/2025 which is 11 days after the dispatch notification was sent.
Do yourself a favour and if you see Sendle mentioned on the website - Avoid and find another supplier who uses a reliable service.
I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay as far away as possible. I am writing this review after a disastrous experience with an uncollected parcel that has dragged on for five days with zero resolution or accountability from Sendle's support team. I have asked to cancel my account and this will apparently take 7 Business Days to be actioned. I DO NOT RECCOMEND! Using this company shocking service.
Ebay seller through Paypal sent my…
Ebay seller through Paypal sent my parcel to a newsagency too far from me. I don't drive and I am disabled. Now today I tracked it and it's been redelivered to NSW. Paypal and Ebay have my Victorian address. What a debacle! Don't use this company.
Unreliable, do not use
Sendle has been extremely unreliable. On several occasions, drivers have falsely claimed that goods weren’t ready, even though they never showed up. If you don’t mind chasing people, wasting your time, and missing collections when you need them most, then this company might be for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I was expecting a parcel from Sendle
I was expecting a parcel from Sendle, they claim it was delivered(photo proof) which they gave me, I was out when it was delivered, came home no parcel, rang them(Road runner) courier they were not helpful whatsoever, in fact very rude, I have put a complaint to Sendle now waiting to hear back, had bought item from Amazon AU, this is second time this has happened, luckily first time seller sent me another item.😡😞🤬
Beware their misleading and deceptive…
Beware their misleading and deceptive sizing. I sent a short tulle veil weighing under 100g, it had so little weight it was like sending a few sheets of paper. It fitted into the smallest Australia Post satchel with the side folded down, so 25 x 20 x 8.5 cm high. A week after it was delivered, I got an adjustment change on my account for this item, which stated that the VOLUME made it a 3kg and 12L shoebox size item!! On there site is a "helpful" guide stating 2. Satchel 500g/2L
This one is enough for your small stuff. The size of an A4 sheet, you can fill it with up to 500 grams of fun (or boring) stuff.
Things to ship under Satchel:
Gaming headphones
Coffee beans
Three scarves
One American football
They are doubling down and refusing to refund the extra adjustment charge. BEWARE
Rubbish service
How is it, that I order something from the USA and the expected delivery is sooner then a package that was ordered before the USA package and was actioned before the USA order eas even made AND it’s from the same country! AND THE USA package will be delivered before I receive the domestic package from Sendle.
PATHETIC!
Any business that uses Sendle look out you will be loosing customers. Either cop the higher fees with a more reliable courier or add it to your pricing.
Either way your hurting your own business using Sendle.
You’re the most unprofessional delivery…
You’re the most unprofessional delivery service I have ever used, you do not specify which area the express service are not available to order also hire drivers that are absolutely useless and would miss a parcel that’s out front saying it’s not ready for pickup, delayed 4 days of my time with 2 futile pickup attempts knowing my order has a deadline to fulfil. No compensation for your mistakes, no wonder this is a failing business and I’ll make sure to spread the word until your business goes up in flames!
Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered pickup of parcel on 16/9 still waiting have been in contact with sendle every day since but still no one has picked up the parcel.
Absolutely hopeless
If you want your parcel not collected then use sendle , they are fantastic at not picking up parcels , and guess what , once they do finally collect it it takes forever to be delivered , there's absolutely no customer service or support available , just some stupid AI generated help line that's absolutely no help at all , if I was the owner of this company I would be embarrassed , do yourself a favour and close down , CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY
Sendle Not Picking Up Parcels
I am a sender and have been using Sendle since the beginning of the year. While they were using Aramex, I had no issues. They changed to Couriers Please in April, and I have had problems getting parcels picked up since. The regularly miss pick ups. I booked parcels to be picked up 17th September and it is now the 22nd. I complain to Sendle each day and they say they are escalating the issue and contacting network manager but nothing changes. I have no choice but to cancel and send with Australia Post which causes me to be out of pocket, not to mention al the time wasted.
useless service
useless service, drivers fail to pick up packages for over 1 week.
DO NOT USE SENDLE
I have been left extremely disappointed by my experience with Sendle. A parcel of mine was lost, and despite a so called nationwide investigation that dragged on for over a month, there was no resolution or clear explanation provided.I have had to refund an unhappy buyer out of my own pocket while also navigating Sendle’s slow and unnecessarily complicated claims process to try and recover the loss. The standard of drivers is bad as parcels are mishandled, left in unsafe locations, or in this case, simply lost altogether. It is clear that Sendle does not have the same level of accountability or training that competitors like Australia Post provide.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Used them because my parcel was too big for Aus post. Tracking said delivered but it was 100kms away from the receiver at a post office in the UK. My 80 year old dad had no choice but to drive to collect it. Sendle said they couldn’t do anything about it.
Marked the package delivered but left…
Marked the package delivered but left it outside on the road. The courier took a picture of the front door of my building but didn't even take a picture of the package at the front door. The package was marked as delivered with out even confirmation I recieved it. Though I don't want to blame the company I ordered from, now that I have seen all the reviews from Sendle; the fact that they used this service despite sendles history makes me wonder why. Anyways they internally investigated and came to the conclusion that the package was "delivered" so sendle is useless.
Terrible and not worth it
Terrible , 13 days to deliver a parcel from Sydney to Walligan, Queensland.
Tracking info extended out twice, no reason or explanation .
Parcel left in letterbox. No advice it had been delivered, just not good enough.
Next purchase will be coming via this terrible company
Literally would not deliver the parcel
Literally would not deliver the parcel, never even rung the bell and said they were not able to deliver 12 times. Mentioned they couldn't find parking 3 of those times (there is empty always empty parking Infront of the apartment building all other couriers use). Never had any issues with any other courier before, only them. Then they tell me only option is to pick up for collection which is 40mins away from me. Had to resolve with sender
Refused to own up to damages
Used the service for a delivery. The delivery arrived broken and they refused to offer any reimbursement or to cover the cost of damages. Provided 8+ photos and back and forth email exchange going on for a week. Absolutely ridiculous. The sendle photo of delivery even had the package jammed between 2 doors which is obviously how it broke!
If I could give a minus rating I would.
Really poor at delivering parcels and communications. Currently pursuing ANOTHER missing parcel. Will take weeks with sendle.
The supplier had to send me a replacement package as it was impossible to locate. Sendle provided no support.
I exhort my suppliers to please not use sendle or I won't purchase from them.
Did not pick up parcel after 2 weeks
Did not pick up parcel after 2 weeks. After that point I cancelled it and send it with another courier and should have done that sooner. Very disappointing.
Customer service team were lovely and helpful but also seemed to have no ability to escalate an issue and get a courier to do their job.
Will not use this service again. Will go with Aramex who are reliable every single time.
