I signed up for 4 months for my son's GCSEs - which really helped - but didn't cancel and was charged for a second round of 4 months. I raised it with the team and they issued me a refund within 10 minutes. Lovely service. Would definitely recomend.

My son has ADHD and flashcards are not enough for him. He finds really easy to revise with Emilia, the AI offered by Seneca.

My daughter also used Seneca for her GCSEs a few years ago, and she particularly liked the various activities that were offered.

I also stay informed about progress and when homework is assigned.

I used Seneca to revise for my GCSEs and found it very helpful for memorising/learning the bits I didn’t quite get in lesson in the days leading up to my exam. I used the cram mode to test my general knowledge of each paper/text, particularly in science and English lit. The ‘night before’ quizzes for English lit helped with nerves and to learn some extra bits of analysis and quotes. I found it helpful to take notes on the parts i wasn’t sure of and blurted with them until I could get 100% on each quiz. The leaderboard function was a good motivator for me to revise, as I liked seeing my school be near the top of the leaderboard. Thank you!

It was really useful for GCSE history especially cram mode was used pretty much daily and really helped with memorising small facts that helped out in GCSE! It’s amazing for history revision - the premium flash cards were really good too and the AI marking the exam answers!

My son's school used Seneca for some of their learning and homework tasks so it was a natural fit for GCSE revision. The premium upgrade was well worth the expense for the practice papers and predicted questions. Now that textbooks seem to be a thing of the past, Seneca helped to give direction and order to exam revision. Recommended and will be using again!

Seneca was a great aid with my nephew's revision for GCSE English literature. We talk remotely and working through the exercises over a Zoom call gave us a great structure for his learning.

Very useful for students to practice exams and topics. At the same time, it would be useful for subscribers to receive notice of renewal before being charged again (although this was refunded when I contacted the company).

As a parent I haven’t actually used the product, but I did need some administrative assistance from the Seneca Customer Service team in relation to account support. Olivia dealt with my query really efficiently & effectively. It’s nice to have a personal contact at a company these days who take ownership, so my thanks extends to Olivia.

We found Seneca Learning a fantastic tool to help with home schooling. It played a significant role in my exam preparation.

When it works, it's pretty decent, even the free version. The problem is that it doesn't ! It constantly logs me out, regardless of which browser I'm using (cache cleared, etc). I can be typing on the last question of a section and it pops up with the "You haven't logged in for a while." Sometimes barely an hour has passed! It doesn't save your progress, either, so clicking 'log in' will lose everything you've done up until then in that section - notes, working, thinking, answers, etc. It's incredibly frustrating and I've reported it a few times via the "Does this keep happening?" button, but I haven't heard anything back. I'm sorry, but it should save a state with your progress at the very least, so that when you log in again, you can carry on from the question you were on. For it not to do that is just poor programming / software design.

My son benefited hugely from it, he said it really helped. The team , especially Olivia, were knowledgable, polite, friendly and very helpful. Can’t recommend them enough, thank you!

My son used Seneca Learning for GCSE revision and found it to be really useful. We upgraded to premium after he had used the basic package in school. He liked using the mini mocks and the fact there was a variety of options for revision resources.

The customer service was also really good.

Easy to use, large selection of courses and very useful when the school uses it too!

From my side it was easy to sign up and cancel the account once done (although by way of some constructive feedback - it would have been easier if it could be done via the parental login rather than the child's login)
