USELESS GARBAGE, zero customer service
I have 8 smart bulbs. Stopped wrking with alexa. Tried every fix but issue is Sengeled unable to link accounts with Alexa. Understand Seng servers are down indefinitely. Bulbs are useless. Amazon knows there are issues and has "frequently returned item" warnings on several Sengeled items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND FRUSTRATION ON THIS GARBAGE!

I used their bulbs for years without any issues, but this past month has been a complete disaster. They suddenly stopped working properly — the app doesn’t control them, Alexa no longer recognizes them, and the skill won’t connect.
I tried contacting Sengled’s customer service, but they never replied. Not even an apology. Amazon responded, but Sengled? Absolutely nothing.
I’ve already switched to another brand, and those bulbs work perfectly right out of the box.
Honestly, I won’t be buying Sengled again. I don’t recommend them unless you’re looking for headaches, malfunctioning products, and non-existent customer support.

Horrible company! Their servers have been down for 3 days and they haven't put out any information to let customers know what is happening. Customer service is non-existent. Very frustrating!

All of my Sengled bulbs are “offline” and every time I try to sign into the Sengled app it tells me “operation failed.” Sengled does not respond to emails and has not issued any information about the outage. Sengled is TOAST in my book!

Was a good product but not anymore…
This used to be a good product but in the last 6 months I've had intermittent bad behavior with a light bulbs going on and off when they're not supposed to. Also they started to disconnect from the router for no reason at all. As of yesterday, I've been completely unable to use any of my Sengled bulbs as apparently the system is down yet again. No support, either by email or by phone. I think this company is going out of business at the rate it's going.

I purchased a Sengled Plug alongside an Echo Dot on Amazon. After 9 months, it stopped working.
Since then, I have been trying to reach support. Their website is so unmaintained with either 500 responses or links that do not work or links that redirect to something unrelated!

I purchased these in September 2024 They worked as advertised for about 3 weeks then they continued to turn on and off in a RANDOM manor day and night. This did not stop even after following the instructions to re-set them. But, wait, it gets worse. I contacted their customer service via their chat. They needed a bunch of tech information off the bulbs themselves along with them demanding that I video record, and send them a copy of the action of the bulbs. Sorry I am not going to stand wait and record these RANDOM events. Their method is to make the process so difficult you will give up!!
Dont waste you money or your time; but another product.
I would give this no stars if that were possible. The 'smart' plug is definitely the worst device I have ever bought. It quickly loses connection to the network and will not reset. I have tried every suggested work around and end up with the same result every time. Sold as being easy and pain free to set up, it is anything but. Do not bother wasting your money

Not worth the headache
My hubs stopped working and not a reply message yet to assist in resetting? Because it won’t work now.. I received a message of them corresponding with each other about it, but no one to address me on how to fix it yet! I was told it was probably my phone LOL. I don’t know what my phone has to do with the two friggin hubs that won’t work. I will be buying any more bulbs and be returning what I have!

Within six months, both LED bulbs broke from bulb. No answer from my 3 emails except for an automatic answer asking for more details like providing pictures . After sending a bunch of the same photos, serial number, purchase info etc..., I never received an answer so not only they are selling poor products that broke just few months after the purchase, but they try to discourage you getting the warranty that they are due to. Avoid this company, it's not worth it

Non-Existent Customer Service
Purchased smart bulbs and plugs (with hub) and had issues getting them to work. Non-existent customer service with this company. The Technical Support number provided in the product packaging isn't taking phone calls while they "improve" their customer experience; they won't respond to email either. You can't even get through to anyone at Corporate HQ (Accounts Receivable on top of that). Very discouraged – won’t be buying any more products from Sengled. Buyer beware…
Don't bother.
I was LOVING the multicolored smart bulb. Within a week the metal broke from bulb. I reached out to Amazon and they informed me it was under warranty through the company and attempted to do a 3 way call to resolve. No answer. So she emailed on my behalf, after 7 days still no response. I reached out myself and finally received an email. After sending a bunch of the same photos, serial number, purchase info etc...I was given a tracking number. That was November 5th. I reached out again and again and again...until March. I had to threaten to report them to the BBB and I finally received the replacement Monday 4/21/22. 5 1/2 months after given a tracking number. They have definitely lost my future business.

When the hub fails all the lights and devices come on and stay on, and it’s even great when it’s at 3:30a.m.
This is the second time with same hub and there’s nothing like walking around the house in the morning turn all devices off!
Big fail and not impressed with Sengled’s hub.
